I had previously left a negative review after failing to contact this business via every channel (email, call, text) over the course of a few days. Eventually my texts were returned. I'm still not sure why my email wasn't received, but I'd suggest calling and leaving a voice-mail rather than emailing them. Despite seeing my negative review, the woman I met with was extremely friendly and helpful. The process for my drug test went very smoothly and it was an overall good experience. I hope they can get set up with an online appointment booking system or something to that effect, but I don't hold it against them that there were some technological issues stopping me from making an appointment
Such an amazing place! Love the service the gentleman is so funny and they are super quick to get you what you need! This is my second time attending here and he is super honest and attentive with his clients.
