I have been coming here for many years and the service is always exceptional. Greeted and asked what you need right away. Short wait times and I have never made an appointment as they are WONDERFUL with walk-ins! Every nail tech is amazing and knows what they are doing. I LOVE this nail shop.

I love coming here to get my eyelashes done. I have a crazy work schedule and no matter what she always makes time for me! They always look great!

Wonderful experience - had my dip powder manicure removed and they were very careful and detailed. Also had regular Mani Pedi and both were awesome, same detail-orientation and care. Will definitely use this as my go-to Chico location!

On top of the fact that the lady that did my nails that looks like a looks like a boy was super rude I mean like beyond super rude my nails are also mishaped sir also miss shape they were supposed to be coughing but one just points the opposite direction of all the others I had the worst experience ever here and she overcharged me and my friend she told me she was charging me $5 extra for multiple colors but charged my friend the same price just for 1 solid color I will never go back to this place again because of that customer service.

I came in yesterday and got my nails cut down and filled. The first 2 pics are the original but after wearing them over night I felt like the tips were just too thick and wide so I called and went back in. The second visit was much short and she evaluated my nail shape and explained what needed to happen to do what I wanted. It only took about 20 minutes to fix and then I was out. Over all great experience. Most places over been to don’t like doing short nails, but this place was great about it. No charge and quick fix for the shape. I will come here again.

Nancy was fantastic! I waited to write this review to see how the gel manicure lasted and it's been 3 weeks and other than the nail gap, my nails are still looking great!
I love their pedicure options and it's very affordable for the level of service you get.

Extremely professional and friendly. They always remember me and I haven’t had a bad set of nails yet. I’m very comfortable there even when I come back late and my nails are broken and horrible, they don’t make me feel embarrassed. In fact my hands are riddled with arthritis and really ugly but they treat them as though I were a princess and never ever say anything about my twisted fingers and arthritic lumps on my joints. I’m grateful that they act as though my hands are normal.

I am so happy with my dipping nails done by Ann. This nail salon is the best one in Chico and around this area.

1. Their color collection is hugeeee, with more than 6000 colors from regular polishes, gel polishes, and dipping powders. They can design everything you want! They have all the current hot trends!

2. The staff is extremely friendly which I love the most

3. Yes, the salon is sometimes overwhelmed since everyone in town want to get their nails done here. So, if you have a little patience, there will be your turn to get a set of beautiful nails.

4. My nails of this time were done by Ann. "Glow in the dark". I am a full-time medical student and I cannot wear long nails or too dark or too bright colors.
Ann was patient to shape my "super short" nails pretty and fresh for my short summer. She also offers to gift me free 2 designs for my 2 fingers because of my birthday. Ann is always sweet. She always makes sure that her customers are happy and satisfied once they leave the salon.

The do a really good job with nails, but the professionalism isnt there. They always say they have appointments available but then you show up and wait at least 30 minutes. I tried to leave since I was waiting so long and the lady asked me in front of everyone, where I was going. She then proceeded to leave the customer she was attending and follow me out to my car and knocked on my window and told me I could be seated right away. I felt very pressured to walk back in since she would not leave me alone. Not professional.

There were a couple of women nail technicians that were slightly rude. Just kept ordering us to do this and that. First time there. I felt like I was in a different world. Didn't feel really welcomed. I took a friend to get her nails done.

Lady who originally started my nails burned me a couple of times during the filing process, told me I was too sensitive and swapped with the lady next to her, nails came out pretty nice. Will not return

Do not go here! They cut your nails to short and cause ingrown toenails! One of the most painful pedicures I have ever had!

I have been going to Angels for quite a few years now and today I left feeling the most disappointed. I asked for acrylic for more length on my nails and french tips. No biggie. While Don I believe her name is, was filing the nail with the electric file she cut my cuticles multiple times but on one finger cut it so bad it was bleeding consistently for the entire appt (30 mins) and afterwards for about another 20 mins. I made known I was uncomfortable with the situation but was pretty much brushed to the side about the bleeding. The entire appointment was rushed and I get being busy but on the other hand if I’m going to be spending my hard earned money at any establishment I feel the care of a customer should be met. The nails themselves are uneven, bumpy, and all around not that great. All in all, I’m really disappointed with the outcome of my nails and the treatment I received and might have to go somewhere else or just make sure I do not get this person anymore. Pretty upset as this has been my go to salon for a long time with my mother and friends!
