The pastor queso taco is amazing
Just
There’s no good way for me to even try and describe this
Go get a taco from them. It’s so fricken good
I'm always b! T@#! ^& about how al pastor in LA sucks. But this place has finally answer my calling for delicious al pastor tacos and burritos. It is an experience to try this delicious tacos. My only problem is that they closed early or sell out al pastor. Many times I've gone home hungry.
Taquero easy with the salsa, that thing is hot. Whether you like spicy or not you will defenetly find a great taco or burrito. They have other options like mulitas, vampiros, and what not, but I like to stick to the classic.
The Aguas frescas they make are really good, with flavors like Watermelon, Strawberry with milk, yes, you heard right, and Horchata. I do not know if this the entire list of Aguas fresca they have but they are all good and enjoyable.
Great! Customer service. I'm from San Diego. I followed on Instagram the tacos looks so yummy there but when I finally tasted in person the tacos not good
Food was good, not a lot of variety of meat. Service was bad, bad attitude from the guys and girls. They charge 3 bucks more to pay with debit card.
I don't know what the employees had but they had a lame attitude. Last time I come here.
I came to LA from Nebraska. I’ve heard Tijuana style tacos is a must try. I wasn’t disappointed, I bought trompo, cabeza, and carne asada, totaling 16 tacos. They were really delicious. I love that they do two sauces and avocado. Muy rico! Only downside is that you can’t sit down and enjoy them there.
The Angels Potato is sooo good and they give you such a generous portion of food! It's absolutely delicious and very much worth getting when you can get it. It is very worth it. So bare with what you need to get there early wait in line and hope they have enough potatoes because they're amazing!
Some of the best tacos in LA. Tortillas made on the spot, cheese can be grilled into your tortillas, and great al pastor!
Just really good tacos! We liked it better than in Mexico itself - very authentic, very fresh and large selection options. Also cheap by American standards.
I've not only heard people say they have the best tacos and tortas in all of Eagle Rock but I've also seen the long lines during busy hours here. So I had to try it myself. The food makers where very friendly & did speak English (shame on me for not speaking better spanish), they also packed allot of meat & rice and beans and such as you ask for it. The food tasted delicious. Very fresh and the pickled items were tasty as well. The price was a bit high, 3x tortas with three drinks costed me about $41. Overall I have to say it's a really good idea to stop by, before the big lines form and give yourself a treat!
Best pastor I've ever had, incredibly high end place quality wise for a tent on the sidewalk. Will remember this place forever.
We were on our way home from an event at Occidental College and stopped to grab a bite to eat. There was a HUGE line so we thought it must be good. The tacos were pretty good. I've had better and there was a grisly/boney piece in my chicken which sort of puts a damper on the whole experience. The salsa was pretty good and I was grateful they had radishes, cucumbers, and lime.
Excellent and fast service, friendly staff, and the food is the best, everything is tasty, especially the meat al pastor, I highly recommend it
Great little street-side place for classic tacos. The pastor is awesome and try the agua frescas!
Loved their al pastor. The guy chopping the al pastor was like a ninja. Freshly made tortilla. Loved the energy. They opened at 6PM, theres line already.
I recently dined at this street taco restaurant, and I must say, it lives up to its reputation as one of the best in the nation. The Al pastor taco was a delightful explosion of flavors. It was juicy, with a perfect balance of savory and sweet notes that danced on my taste buds. The aroma alone was enough to make my mouth water, and the taste did not disappoint.
The corn tortillas were a testament to freshness, providing a soft and slightly chewy base that complemented the Al pastor filling perfectly. Each bite was a harmonious blend of textures and tastes.
One highlight that took me by surprise was the Al pastor baked potato. It was a delightful twist on a classic dish, with the tender, flavorful Al pastor meat adding a unique twist to the potato. The combination was a mouthwatering experience, and I would highly recommend giving it a try.
The only downside to this fantastic experience was how quickly the restaurant fills up. It seems that everyone in town knows about this gem, and it stays bustling with eager diners. So, be prepared to wait for a table, but trust me, it's worth it for the incredible street taco experience that awaits you.
It's an open air pop up tacqueria with delicious tacos, authentic with a pineapple atop the pork rotating spit. They do a stuffed baked potato, this is different from any other taco place I have visited. Mulitas, tacos con queso, burritos. Find a space to sit, your car; or take home, except I want to devour before a drive anywhere.
