Great service, I took my dog (mixed Shepard) to another vet and he was scared to examine her, but dr. Singh had no fear aside from the normal let the dog sniff and be comfortable precautions, and very informative.

Doctor is so nice, knowledgeable and so willing to accomodate my baby's need. The staff are polite and sweet. They are so good at returning my call. I recommended my sister to bring her cats here.
Forgive me, I subtracted a star for location and appearance of the clinic.

The guy with the beard doesn't have a sense of humor I threw a couple 1 liners and he just stared at me.

The staff is friendly and very good with my dog. They are very good with communication leading up to (i.e. Confirmation/reminder calls) and after the appointment regarding test results and/or followup care.

They are still operating under COVID protocols (e.g. Don't just walk in at your appointment time, call from the parking lot and someone gets you when they're ready; masks preferred but not required, etc.)

The doctor and nurses always take very good care of my dogs. They are very knowledgeable and give us the best treatment plans

Both my cats and dogs now come to this vet and they are so nice and helpful. They mean business.

Dr Singh is the best veterinarian in Elk Grove. Not corporate and he explains what is needed and what’s recommended.

I don’t understand the terrible reviews. We just moved from East coast and Dr Singh was so gentle with both of my pups. They were so nervous with new people, new area, new climate.

I know there’s a massive shortage of vets in the area and maybe he’s slammed due to that. He cares about animals and he’s our go-to guy!

Turned us away when our feline family member needed immediate attention because of that he passed away in our vehicle.

I've tried to bring my pets in here several times over the last several years and they have never been able to help me. I'll stop trying.

This place has some very nice people working there. I am very pleased with how they accommodate me when I go there. Highly recommend them.

This vet and its staff are good. They provided dental surgery my senior dog needed when her own vet stated he couldn't do it. It is pricey, but what isn't now-n-days.

Had my dog treated here for an ear infection. Upon follow-up, the doctor was a bit rough when examining my dog ear. He repeatedly poked at my dog inner ear without consideration while my dog was screaming in pain and turned around snap at him. I was expecting the doctor to be more gentle given my dog is following up after the procedure. It makes me wonder about his professionalism.

Needless to say, I'm not coming back.

This place is always a great place to be and to have my animals be seen. Dr. And staff are always so welcoming and I know my animals get taken care of.

He is not a person I would ever take another animal to, especially not a pet. Animal Care Center by name sounds like a veterinary clinic that would be available to help your pet in crisis that is not his intention. You will waste the time that could save your pet on hold only to find they won't provide the CARE your pet needs. I think it should be called Veterinary Office as he is not a CARE CENTER, that implies there is adequate equipment knowledge, and Veterinarians to provide the CARE your pet needs in a crisis. I will keep the personal opinion of him to myself, in the hope a saving others from the pain of losing they're pet wasting the time going to him for help.
