Loving, kind staff and extremely knowledgeable and empathetic doctor. We love Dr. Holden and this clinic. My furbabies are truly treated as family. We had our hands held during our most difficult time of putting Xyrus to sleep to avoid furthering his pain and trauma. We could not have made it through without them. Thank you.

I really like this place! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The doctor was also extremely friendly and informative. She was very thorough in her examination and explanation. She provided all the treatment options, and they were very transparent in their fees. I’m going to transfer my other cat’s treatment over to this office.

My experience in their office was fine-nothing to write a positive or negative review about. But 24 hours after my visit, the police were at my door telling me that Animal Clinic of Tustin Ranch Irvine had filed a report that my cat bit one of their techs. I was shocked because no one in their office even told me the bite occurred-no mention or indication whatsoever. I have since put together that it must have happened when they took my back into the back without me to give him shots. This is not the kind of surprise you want to get, and it was of course terrifying because I didn't know if they were there to take my cat from me or why the police needed to see me and my cat. Awful experience. I will never return and I encourage you to go elsewhere, too.

The staff is so friendly towards me and my pets. We absolutely love going here because they take care of our needs and don’t ever pressure us to do more than what’s needed!

The staff are very sweet and nice to myself and my pet. The veterinarian and her techs are very professional and caring. I have been using them for years and will continue to bring my pet to them for all her medical needs.

We have been coming here for at least 6 years! I love that Allison, in the front, goes out of her way to give our dogs love every time they come in. I have some medical background and trust and respect Dr. Holden! Our dogs also come here for their non-anesthetic dental cleanings.

I was searching for a new Vet for my elderly Cat, when he got sick, and no one could see him, not even my regular Mobile Vet.
I found Dr. HOLDEN on Google and read the reviews. They were not all positive, BUT they tried very hard to fit me in and did for the next morning.
LUZ, was very sweet and wanted to take care of us since she would have the day off on our appointment.
We were greeted by a very hard-working and kind person, MEAGAN. She was working the front by herself, and never got frazzled, stayed sweet and professional.
Then KRISTEN, the Vet Tech came for us, and she specializes in Cat Care. She was fantastic and knowledgeable and put both of us at ease.
DR. HOLDEN came in, and I instantly liked her demeanor and how she treated my Cat.
She explained everything and had prepared herself reading A LOT of notes that were sent from past Vets.
We spoke about my Cat being almost 16 years and having already been diagnosed with Diabetes, kidney disease, and a heart murmur.
She said she could do a few tests and others for more answers but never pressured me at all.
I know he may not have a lot of time left, and every day is a gift.
She complemented me on taking such good care of my Cat (son).
The prices were reasonable as everything has gone up everywhere.
I will wait for the results now.
PLEASE don't hesitate to take your Fur Babies here. If you are like me and the doctor and staff are the most important, I feel confident in recommending this Vet Clinic after just one visit!

Dr. Holden puts a lot of care and love while examining our dogs. I always feel confident they are in good hands.

I was looking for a new vet because my old vet has been replaced by an impersonal, non-caring "for profit only" group. My previous vet office literally took my dog to the back for the "exam", brought him back, handed him to me, said he was fine and asked if I needed anything else. I was told to go to the front where I paid my very high bill for a basic check of a healthy dog. Then they took it upon themselves to automatically make an arbitrarily selected date and time for next year's annual appt. Talk about impersonal and assuming on their part.

THIS was the personal, caring experience I missed and was looking for. Dr. Holden and all of the staff at Animal Clinic of Tustin were so attentive, loving, and patient with my excited/nervous/wiggly little dog. They never made me feel rushed, they took their time with him so he finally calmed down a bit. They listened to all my concerns about his teeth from his aggressive chewing of bones. They recommended dental care. They never pressured me for exam choices or preventative meds and left all care decisions up to me so obviously they weren't in this for pure profit. The warmth we received from reception through completion of his exam was sincere and noteworthy.

I'm so excited to have found the vet experience I used to have and a team that actually cares about my dog.

Amazing staff and even better doctor. I drive all the way from Huntington Beach to have my furbabies taken care of by their team. They truly do care for your furfamily and go above and beyond to take care of them and make them feel comfortable. They are honest with what needs to be done and how to handle each situation. My two senior dogs absolutely love their vet visits. Will continue to make the long drive to make sure that my babies get the best medical attention they deserve.

Love this place. From the vet to the nurses to the front desk - answer your questions patiently and give you great advice. My pup had such bad skin issues and now it is all resolved.
