Have always had great service provided here. Only thing i didnt like was the doc had his personal dogs barking non stop in his office area during the entire process of the appointment which was right next to where my cat was being looked at. Also made some comments about cats to us that didnt sit well with us.

This is the worst vet i have ever been too. Several bad experiences over the years. Don't listen, unprofessional, just charge exorbitant prices for nothing, no help or sound advice for pet owners.

Recently visited them to have our very, very old & beloved pet evaluated, and ultimately put down. The office was clean, the staff was compassionate and kind, and most importantly, the vet really listened to our wants/needs and allowed me the space to make decisions for myself and not ones that felt pressured. We had been making calls to other clinics for weeks with no success in getting appointments (or even messages returned) ; It was a breath of fresh air to, not only have someone actually answer the phone, but have someone make real time to see us even with a jam-packed day. During my appointment, I felt heard and was never remotely rushed. Thank you, Animal Hospital of Hollister! When our other pets need help, we will be visiting you.

HORRIBLE customer service. Tried calling 15 minutes before ose today on 8/10/22 to get blood results for my dog who may need to be put down. They turned the phones off 10 minutes before closing to not have to answer.

I recently took one of my dogs here for a minor issue and all was ok. But I did not feel the vet was responsive and seem to have a lack of emotion or care. Don't go here if want a vet with a good bedside manner.

Great service! Definitely recommend this vet hospital over any others. I love how well my dogs were cared for, and how well the staff communicated with me.

The vet was very caring. He made a follow call to me the following day to see how my dog was doing.

The best. Saved the day when my other vet dropped the ball. And found a better treatment for my dog.

Everyone is very friendly. Service is very quick and the staff are great at answering any questions I might have.

I have taken my two dogs to Hollister Animal Hospital for 2-1/2 years. Dr Wilson was recommended to me since I was new to the Area. He is a good Vet but unfortunately his staff has turned out to be the rudest people I’ve encountered! I was told I didn’t have an appointment for my dog’s shot when I arrived at the clinic at the designated time. When I told the receptionist I had the reminder card she gave me, she requested that I show it to her as proof! Instead of apologizing for her mistake, she begrudgingly said we didn’t have an appointment for a check up but only a shot. I told her yes! I never said it was for a checkup. She begrudgingly asked a vet tech to administer the shot all the while never turning around to speak to me! Talking through a mask with her back to me! When I asked if they were stressed out because I was beginning to feel uncomfortable with the manner in which I was being treated, I was asked to leave! The manager said she wanted me to leave their office because I asked for the receptionist to apologize for her disregard of the entire situation. Unbelievable! I have seen the staff change multiple times during 2-1/2 years. I felt completely disrespected and uncomfortable and unappreciated by the staff members! I will not take my dogs back to this clinic! I should add that I am of Asian, Caucasian decent. I’ve noticed the positive reviews appear to be from Caucasians? Draw your own conclusions.

Best vet office I have ever been to. I have been with this office for years. The staff is kind and friendly. Dr Wilson is the best.

I've been taking my girls to Dr. Wilson for over 25 years. Always attentive. Only downfall, only open 4 days a week.

You are able to get one appt and have a tumor removed from your pets ear all in one day. Grant it, the appt was four days to schedule. They did what was asked. And did a great job. Thank you.
