Animal Medical Center

The staff and doctor are accommodating and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Took care of our dog right away. Definitely will come back. This is the best animal clinic in the Inland Empire! They care about animals a lot, something lost in most animal hospitals.

Friday was a very hard day. I had to put my cat of 20 years to rest and Animal Medical Center was one of if not the most Reasonably priced. They were much lower then the city place Ramona animal hospital that is there to help low income families. They wanted twice as much and told me I could not get in for 2 more days, I said my cat was suffering and he snapped at me and did not care what so ever about my cat. But animal medical center was ready to get me in as soon as I could get there. And the lady that came to car (could not go I get because of Covid) but the lady said if u need more time to say goodbye go ahead and take it. So please if you want people that care this is the place to go.

Curbside vet. Dr came out with my dog after examine. Went over everything very complex. It was a rainy day so extra credits for that.

Love this place staff really nice.and they take good care of all of our Pets. Only place I will go.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If they can't answer the Dr.comes out to explain things clearly to you. We had a puppy with hydrocephalus and he helped us to be able to make the best decision when the time came for him to be put down.

Jan. 21 2020 brought my closest loving 17 year cat animal and friend to this animal center to be youthinized. Mary Booth was in charge of the procedure. Ninja my cat had fluid in most of his lung cavity. She said per the xray the day before.
We took him in yesterday, the procedure did NOT go as planned. Terribly wrong in fact, gross decision making.
We were sadly not there to see our oldest family cat transition into the next life.
They took him out of the room to insert the cathiter into the vein and brought him back in the room unresponsive. He had a faint heart beat according to the Dr. Due to poor decision making and mishandling he came back to us in the room and had dialated eyes and no respiration.
We were shocked and unnerved by the way this was handled. Heartbreaking.
This is one time deal and it was screwed up.be advised Mary Booth's decisions making/ experience are inexcusable. If you are thinking of coming to her go to Dr. Headly instead. BE ADVISED!: (

Dr Jones & Dr. Headley have been my go-to vets for over 10 yrs. Then I found out that they are the vets for K-9's for LEO's in the area. Super clean facility, GREAT kennels too. Friends bring their dogs when on vacation. They have been very satisfied. One friend says her pittie gets excited to go there. That's a first for me where a dog likes a dog hotel. Try them out, compare fees with other vets. I think you msy change vets once you meet the vets & friendly staff.

Very friendly and professional, the veterinarians are very good with the animals and are very good at communicating with the owners what the animals problems are. Also the lobby, waiting room and examination rooms are very clean.

When my dog got parvo no other vets office would even see me or my dog this was the only place that would treat her. Saving her life. I have been going here ever since. I truly love how dedicated to helping animals in need this vet practice is.

Wonderful caring staff. Worst day for us, but Dr Headley and Steve did what they could to make our transition as easy as possible. Thank you

We recently had to put down of our dogs. They sent a condolence card, which i thought was a nice touch. Very sweet.

This is my third visit. Today they removed a foxtail from my dog - I was impressed when they said they could do it today and have her ready to go home within the hour.

They were kind and explained everything to us and gave us a complete break down of the bill before we signed. They even came out and showed us the foxtail after they extracted it! Love the staff here and I will gladly bring my pets here again in the future.

Front staff DO NOT make you feel welcomed to the clinic. However my rate is for the Dr and her assistance those 2 ladies took the time to explain everything and check my. Animal Medical are lucky to have 2 great people.

Very good with my dogs, a little expensive but I have had only good experiences with them through the years.

The people working we're super nice and the vet was great! They do everything there they board pets.

This is my favorite veterinarian ever is Dr. Booth, very thorough and she goes that extra mile for the animals. The staff is very nice I recommend this to anyone whose looking to get their pets seen.

The staff is friendly and the doctor took his time explaining treatment options regarding my Golden Retriever. The doctor and his staff was caring and compassionate during our difficult time.

I would just like to thank AMC, Dr Headley and all the staff for taking such good care of my sweet dog Ringo for all these years. Because of Dr Headley, Ringo has many extra years of good quality life. He passed on Monday morning, and everyone there was so kind, understanding and caring to my Ringo, to my husband and myself.

This is by far the best vet in town the staff are incredible I love Dr. Headley he's great with animals he gets down on their level and makes them feel at ease the price is right and if there is anyway he can help he will I just can't say enough about them highly recommended!

Everyone here is so nice. They're incredible with the animals. They really take the time to explain everything to you, go over all the options. I'd recommend them to everyone!
