I came to this establishment for the first time today. I can’t explain why, but when I first called this location I immediately felt comfortable. They were so kind and informative over the phone, they provided me with accurate pricing, and they reached back out to me to confirm I was able to take my cat in to be fixed. When I arrived this morning one of the first things I noticed was how clean it smelled inside of the office. I feel like when I usually go into vets, there is always a lingering smell (which is expected when it’s a facility for animals) but in this case, there was no bad smell. They went over the pricing with me one more time at drop off and everything added up to what I was told over the phone. They texted me promptly once my babies survey was complete. I definitely recommend this vet and will bring my baby back in the future.

I will not recommend this vet to anybody.
We brought our dog to this place since he was 12 weeks old, and we thought they were amazing. Checkups were easy and somewhat affordable. However, my dog got sick (losing weight, vomiting, etc.) and the vets did nothing to help him. The blood tests they ran were practically useless, all they did was recommend us to a specialist without telling us the issue. He kept getting sick, so we took him to another place just to find out he had cancer. With all of the blood tests they ran, the Animal Medical Center were unable to solve the problem until it was too late. I do not know how fast cancer may spread in a dog, but within those last checkups, they found nothing abnormal.not to mention that they did blood test October last year, now our dog is dead
So please bring your pets somewhere else don’t bring them to this place, they don’t know how to read there blood test.

I don't know what happened to the old staff but the new vet is one of the sleaziest people I have had the unfortune to meet. They flushed the ear of my dog for $38 dollars without consulting me, and didn't tell me what they had done until my wife saw the receipt. The Vet Technicians were rude, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by double checking the math on my invoice. That coupled with the fact that my vet accused my dog of trying to bite him has me looking for a new vet. The total cost of a year of core vaccines for two dogs and the ear meds/ flush for one was almost $400. If you're looking for a vet that actually cares about your dog, look somewhere else.
