BEWARE OF THIS CENTER! They are strictly in it for the money. They will give you a quote for the service and will up charge you on an ongoing basis. I would strongly suggest staying a way from this practice. We had two other Veterinarians review their work and both advised the work was poorly done.

Doctor was very patient and clear with everything! Staff was a huge help and all super friendly!

All staff was very helpful and kind. I love the patience. The front receptionist could be a little more happy or cheerful. Other than that, i would return to this office.

Received excellent care for my dog. Was able to get all her shots, microchipped and flea treatment! Happy to report staff is trustworthy and kind. Center is clean and easy to locate as well with emergency parking out front.

She lost 3 pounds! Diet and exercise seem to be working. Dr. C and staff have been amazing. My dog is my world, so it feels good to be able to bring her here knowing that I can trust she is being cared for by kind hearted people!

Amazing experience! I love both of our English Bulldogs. Over the past 20years we have had so many English bulldogs and we have had bad experiences with other Vets. We recently took our 3 months old puppy Milo to AMC of Pleasanton as he was not his usual self. The receptionist was kind enough to accommodate us and Milo was taken to be seen by the vet. Dr. Surya explained the issue and prescribed the required medicine. Milo is better now and enjoys his daily mischievous routine, thanks to the dedicated team at the clinic.

What an amazing experience I can't wait till we come back for our next visit. Johnny my chihuahua is so comfortable with Dr C! The waiting area it's comfortable and inviting. Staff is super friendly. And pricing is just right.

Reading all these reviews and reminds me of my bad experience with this place. I feel obligated to leave a review so others can avoid what happened to me and my dog. My dog is a senior and she has bad breath. We took her to this place for a check up, they charged $1k just to clean my dog's teeth! They also started pulling out her teeth without my consent, and try to charge us $4k for 10 teeth. I called to stop the procedure. I highly doubt their judgment is based on the best interest of my dog's health. My dog's teeth were not that bad and definitely not worth pulling out 10 teeth which will make her unable to eat solid food. My dog lost one teeth because they already started BEFORE I called back. She's living very happily with the rest of her teeth, chewing toys, dog food and treats. Stay away from this place if you love your dog!

What a great Veterinarian. I am so used to having an appointment and still having to wait for like an hour after the appointment time to be seen, but not here. They actually saw us easily. They're so efficient. At first I thought I just came on a good day, but my brother brought my dog for another visit and he made the same comments unprompted. The staff are fast and attentive and thoughtful and caring. They gave me options and their expert recommendations but didn't force anything on me and tried to be understanding more than anything. I loved seeing Dr. Chaudhari interacting with his patients because you could tell he truly loves animals (and they love him). While it's unfortunate that my dog came for two visits in a month, I know he's in good hands here.

However, instead of providing a prescription that I could purchase at a more reasonable price elsewhere, the vet insisted that I purchase the food directly from their clinic. I found the price to be significantly higher than what I could find at other retailers. It seemed like the vet was more interested in making a sale than providing me with the best solution for my cat's needs. I was left feeling frustrated and will be seeking a different vet for my pet's care in the future.

I'm douglas' wife and all the same happened as he said in his review. Worst vet I've ever been to. It's absurd to treat animals like this and extort people.and it wasn't the first time it happened, when I took my dog ​​who had an allergic reaction to the vaccine. I was charged 500 dollars for an allergy pill.

SCAM ALERT!
My wife and I had a dog's friend staying at home while our friends were traveling, and unfortunately, the dog broke her nail while playing inside the apartment.
We weren't able to reach out to our friends at the time and seeing a bit of blood on her pawn, we decided to go to the nearest vet hospital.
After the examination, they came up with a $2,000 "treatment plan" (pic attached) for the broken nail. That's unaceptable, and after sometime, I contacted our friends. They asked us to take the dog to the Oakland vet hospital (OakVet) to get a second opinion.
The vet hospital was crowed, but they were able to check the dog and treat the broken nail in 10 minutes, charging $95 (regular examination).
Having said that, be aware that this clinic will try to SCAM you by charging a lot of money for a simple treatment and even give your pet a medication they don't need to fit in their "treatment plan".

Stay away from this place
They will try to up sell you to a great amount.they will try to rob you without a gun!

It's really sad how greedy Humphrey Yu, DVM is. I went in for a visit and had my dog checked out for some eye issues, and he prescribed me a couple meds which I paid
for. These are expensive meds, and I need to get them filled every month for the rest of my dog's life, so I requested a written prescription.

They refused to give me a written copy without paying a fee of $35, even after I showed them they were breaking California Business and Professions Code Section
4170 (a) (6) : "prior to dispensing, prescribers offer to give a written prescription to a patient, free of charge, that the patient may elect to have filled by the prescriber or by any pharmacy. "

I've filed a report and will no longer be coming back here. Know your rights- demand a written prescription free of
charge.

They are very expensive and I'm taking two dogs to them for C-sections and both dogs he said exact same thing they need their uterus repaired and they should the spade. The staff was very Pleasant but beware of wolves in sheep's clothing.
