There is plenty of parking, space, and smiley faces right as you open the door.

The Doc gave us down-to-Earth *senariology (that's senario-ology). So that we would know how to best move forward with my buddies Mastiff.

I finally found my vet here in the Bay Area! I’m originally from LA and this is the third vet I’ve been to after searching around for months. The other two were horrible, honestly. I came here for my cat’s spaying. Their prices are very reasonable, but what I liked the most was the vet himself. He was kind and knowledgeable and spent time to explain things to me. I’ll for sure return here for her future checkups.

I brought one of our three cats this week who usually has a yearly stomach trouble ontop of we feared she may had ingested a piece of a toy. Thankfully no toy ingestion. I had called an explained I was concerned my cat had been throwing up alot and asked if we could be seen that day. Thankfully we could, the vet took his time and did a very good job looking over her and hearing me describe her history. We’re told we’d know all of our test results the next morning and X-rays. It took all day I was worried sick all day and finally called an hour and thirty minutes before they closed. The doctor took his time and told me about all results and a game plan for her issues and where to go from there. My only complaint is just communication, I had also emailed with a question regarding my bill. I was charged for a senior test of the pancreas. They also for some reason listed my cats age as 30. She’s three, so I don’t know if it was an accident. Or a gimmick. I knew we’d be charged for a pancreas test I don’t understand why it’s a senior test. So that’s a little bit of a turn off for this location for me. There was never any good explanation on my charges at all. I googled them all to try and understand them better.

I have been bringing my pets here for years. The staff and especially Dr. Siani have always treated me great. Dr.does a great job of explaining things.

P.s. He has seen me cry multiple times and it's never been awkward.

The staff is always nice, and the doctor knows what he doing. It's a great environment for your animals and they are reasonable priced

Quoted me $600 for a spay and I ended up playing $825 and got no information on what to expect or how to care for our pet or what to expect and the doctor was condescending.
I called warm springs pet hospital and the the total cost would've been $500 total for spay while in heat, chip implant and medication.
Please do your research and don't ever go here.

We took our 8 year old dog in to get a confirmed diagnose for a torn ACL. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent. After confirming the tear via manual examination, Dr. Grewal took the time to educate us on knee anatomy, the purpose of the ligament, some statistics on the injury, and where to go from here (mainly: scans to confirm the diagnosis, and then surgery).

There was never any pressure to get the X-ray or have the surgery performed there. Not only that, Dr. Grewal helped educate us on the different types of surgeons (board certified vs not) for when we’d get the surgery done, and how that impacts surgery cost.

We decided against getting the surgery done there, based on cost and schedule availability. Despite this, Dr. Grewal still took time to educate us on how the surgery would be done, and also waived the visit fee.

We were in and out in under an hour, including intake forms (as it was our first visit.)

We will absolutely be coming back here.
