Is this place even open? I have tried calling for the past few days because I need to renew my dog's prescription and I still get their voice-mail. It would be nice to be inform when they have changes.

I was trying to give this place a chance, sadly, the poor reviews about the front office are true. The receptionist is doing this practice a disservice! She’s past rude and unprofessional. Not worth dealing with her when there are so many other professional Vets in the area.

I don’t usually write reviews, but i had to this time. Even though I had set up an appointment, I came early to get serviced. I was the second person on line and dropped off my dog at 8am. They told me to come back at 4: 30 to pick her up. I get a call at 3: 43 telling me there was an emergency and the vet had to leave so no surgery was performed. Emergencies happen but why am I getting informed mere hours before I was supposed to pick her up. They were clearly understaffed so I don’t understand why they didn’t just take less customers or inform us ahead of time. This is extremely unprofessional. Lord knows what the dogs were just doing for 7hrs.

In 2004, I read an article in a newspaper that needed volunteers to work at now called "FUR BABY ANIMAL RESCUE" under the owner DAWN VARGAS. DAWN and I became friends and she referred me to the ANIMAL RESCUE CENTER for various reasons for my 3 kitties. I stayed with ARC even though some staff have Ieft - I HAVE HISTORY! COVID has turned the world upside down! Patience and Planning is the key. Shopping around will waste your time. TO THE ENTIRE ESSENTIAL STAFF AT ARC -

Very good affordable care! Awesome team! Now I understand why there is always a line before 8 a.m. For pet owners to get their lovable Animal Service there. Well worth the wait

Worst place i've been to. They tell you to come in the morning and make you wait in line to just give you a number to put you in a dumb raffle and come up with dumb policies on top of that rude as hell what type of vet is this

My cat was dying in the car while they did not take people because the doctor was supposed to be in at 10. From 10 am-11am, i watched the doctor stand outside taking a smoke break while everyone was waiting to be seen. And while the doctor was smoking my cat died. So if you want people to care about your pets, dont bring them here. They dont care and they overcharge.

If you have hundreds to invest, this is the place.once you don't agree to the recommendations then the nice fast treatment is over

This please is the best. Good prices, kind receptionist and good doctors! The only “bad” thing is that you gotta wait hours to check your pet, but the rest of it, it’s perfect

And Also The Other One Is Rocky My Boy His Going To Be In APRIL 9 Year Too Rocky Call Him Mi Precioso Rocky, Mi Bello Y Mi Hermoso Rocky Them Are My Life And I Love Them So Much, They Love Me Too, They Miss Me When I'm Not With Them Or Just They See Me That I'm Opening The Gate

Very economical, good customer service, they helped me when my cat was very ill and had to be euthanized. Their clerical and medical staff was very caring and sensitive, highly recommend this veterinary hospital.
