Great staff. Very friendly. Clean and streamlined facility. Warm decor vs the usual cold hospital environment. Brought my cat in for a possible urinary tract infection. Office visit was $120. First come, first serve. Cost was expected: blood work was just under $300, antibiotics was $110, one time pain medication $50. I would definitely recommend and bring my pets back here in the future.

The best.my cat had a chronic irritable gut diagnosis from a much more expensive clinic.they said she'd need to be on a special diet for the rest of her life - a diet that would work out to $150/month.this, on top of the thousands of $$ spent to get this diagnosis.her symptoms came back about a month later and I took her here.within two hours I was picking her up again, this time after an ultrasound and diagnosis of pancreatitis (non-chronic and entirely treatable). Two hours and less than $1K for this place to get my cat straight! Super kind doctor and staff.couldn't have been better, especially after stressful and draining experience elsewhere.

Dissatisfied and disappointed that our ROCKY died 2 days after seeing them and considering his condition they just wanted to do more tests asking &4500 for an MRI after almost $900 for hydration shot 3 X-rays? And a lousy appetite medication for a dog that couldn't eat or drink water! We told them he has high fever and they said no he has no fever vitals are ok 1 hour later the Dr calls saying he has fever then they gave him back feeling that they actually did something for us We expect much more from a doctor!

The surgery performed on my dog's broken leg was nothing short of amazing. The veterinarian displayed immense expertise and skill, ensuring a successful operation. My dog is now on the road to recovery, thanks to their exceptional care and precision. While the surgery was a significant investment, it was worth every penny. My dog's well-being is priceless, and the value of the service provided was evident in the positive outcome.

This place is the best place ever. I had my dog for 8 years and this clinic is the first place I actually felt someone cared for my dog. I called the urgent care yesterday around 5pm because my dog was not able to walk. She has 3 legs and bad arthritis. After I gave her a bath she was just in so much pain she was crying and growling I could not touch her. I called the clinic while I was in panic mood and sobbing. The team was amazing since the beginning. I was able to take her in around 6: 45 pm. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. I know it is hard to work in an animal clinic as I worked for a rescue myself. And I also worked in a hospital, it’s hard to care for others and it’s easy to burnt out. Not this team, they showed compassion, listen, helped me calm down. The doctor was amazing he called and explain and he was very nice. You drop the dog off and pick up is at 9. So it’s also good so you don’t sit there waiting. Prices are incredible. The check in visit is 120$. I ended up paying 590$ total. After visit, blood work, anti inflammatory and pain relief injection, and 2 medications. Very affordable for a walk in urgent care. Thank you to Alex, Lili and the doctor for taking care of my baby! I hope my dog will never needs urgent care but if something happens I would totally come back there! Grazia

I took my dog after she presented a swollen face, vomiting, and blood in her feces. We arrived at noon, and she was back with me after 3 hrs. The vet told me she had an anaphylactic shock, and they gave her intravenous antihistaminic. Thankful to Animal Urgent Care for their work.

We had a great experience at Animal Urgent Care. We brought in our cat who was getting sick and not eating. When we brought him on Saturday night, they were already at capacity, but provided us a link with other 24 hour pet hospitals. Because our cat seemed stable and the other hospitals’ reviews weren’t as good, we decided to wait to come back here.
I’m glad we did, because our cat was seen promptly and assessed. They recommended a course of treatment and I was able to choose what testing made the most sense.
Overall, Dr. Gershenson explained everything well and treated my cat with care.
My kitty is now home and doing better. I would definitely come back if we have another urgent pet need.
Overall, process took 3 hours from drop-off until pick-up. We went Sunday right when they opened.
Costs seemed reasonable for an urgent care vet too. We ended up paying about $550, which included the exam fee, bloodwork, and medications.

I usually never write reviews because I’m just lazy with these things but when I do write reviews, it’s because I’ve had nothing short of an excellent experience. My dog was suddenly in severe pain and I rushed him to TrueCare pet hospital yesterday where they wasted 6 hrs of my time to tell me my dog was too aggressive to examine so they couldn’t localize the pain and they suspected back pain with no actual conversation about next steps, whether labs and imaging are indicated or if they could give him a little pain medicine in order to thoroughly examine him and reach a better diagnosis. I know for sure they weren’t thorough because 30 mins after they examined and discharged him with pain meds I was given my dog with poop stuck to his butt. Pretty sure they wouldve noticed that if they examined him huh?

Long story short, I had the exact opposite experience at this urgent care. The tech Joana was so nice and patient with my dog who can be aggressive with strangers and vets/groomers, updated me along the way, I could tell she truly cared. I was able to stay in a room while they did an initial exam because they could tell I was very anxious and distressed and updated me along the way. Then, the vet Dr. Cheyenne Burnett, came into the room and spent quite a while asking more questions, stating her suspected diagnosis, and what meds she recommends and why, she even came up with solutions on how to get medications for cheaper since my pup is uninsured. She answered all my questions and reassured me and made me feel at ease. Night and day experience from yesterday. I couldn’t recommend this urgent care more! The entire staff was so lovely.

$1800 to get antibiotics for a uti on a Sunday. Told me a 2 hour wait, ended up 5hours. I paid an arm and a leg to lock my dog in a cage for 5 hours, just to get antibiotics on a Sunday

Wait times are a bit long as expected, but they were accurate and it was still faster than if I were to take my cat to the emergency vet.

The staff was so kind and efficient with everything. They’re a drop-off clinic and I wasn’t allowed to go back there with my cat, but the lovely folks at the front offered to check in on her and update as needed if I called in. Will definitely keep them in mind for future (hopefully nonexistent) emergencies!

Today was my first experience here, my Yorky, 12 1/2 years old has been vomiting and diarrhea for a day and a half, the first urgent care I went to we’re only taking critical care of patients, so they referred me to this wonderful place, I am so grateful they did. This was the best experience I could’ve asked for! Lily greeted me and my sweet Campbell, she is just as friendly as can be, when the time came for the doctor to talk to me about the diagnosis for Campbell. I’m not gonna lie I was very nervous and a little scared, he is 12 1/2 years old and absolutely the sweetest dog I’ve ever had! Dr Travis Linney called me in my car and explain to me what his plan was, he did not rush. He answered all my questions, and I was very confident in the care that my baby was getting! After his treatment, I went into a private room with Dr Linney not only did he go over everything with me. He showed me the lab work, and he went over each part of the bloodwork, and what it meant, he then showed me the x-rays and explain to me what each x-ray showed, he, then explain to me what my options were, and what he suggests, I do, we had a significant conversation and I could not be more grateful! I am home with Campbell now, and he seems better already, by the way, nothing serious was found, it seems as though Campbell got into something in the yard. We will never know what it was, though! This urgent care is going to be, in my speed dial forever, I recommend them wholeheartedly! Thank you to everyone there and especially thank you to Lily and Dr. Linny

Expensive but a really solid emergency option. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating and very patient with questions and making sure you understand home care instructions. They’ve been amazing with things like ripped out claws, scratched eyes and anything that’s obviously an injury, but I brought my dog in once after he fell down the stairs and was walking weird and they sent me home with a $120+ bill and told me he seemed fine for a dog his age. A trip to his regular vet a week later revealed a slipped disc. That could be a result of their “no parents in the room” policy. You drop your pet off and wait for a call so I wasn’t able to be there to point out the concerns directly. Overall a great “walk in” vet for emergency injuries that can be seen with the naked eye.

It’s weird to say I “Love” this place but the staff is great, they always seem to be doing their best. It’s a stressful environment and the staff stays cool and collected. The care seems great, we’ve never had an issue and they’re responsive. Great in a pinch. Of course you’re paying a premium for the ‘urgent’ care but it’s worth it if your pet needs to be seen immediately and can’t get an appointment at your normal vet.
