Anlin Windows & Doors, Clovis CA

We had a very good experience with this company. Everything was installed in one day- 6 windows and a sliding door. I only have one issue which is one person was installing everything so it took probably double the time it should have taken. Other than that everything went pretty smoothly everyone was nice and very commutative with that was happening and when it was happening.definitely recommend

This company should really get a 0 star. A month after getting Anlin windows installed, we had condensation in one of the windows. Anlin's terrible customer service made me regret ever using these windows. Getting a tech to look at the windows normally takes months. A last minute cancelation allowed us to squeeze in an appointment in 2 weeks. Once they arrived, Anlin contractor said that condensation in the window are NORMAL, as long as the the condensation does happen all the time. Look at the attached picture, does that look NORMAL to anybody. No other windows in the house have this issue. It feels like they'll pull any reasons out of a hat to not honor their own warranty. What can I say, you get what you paid for.

Hopefully you'll learn from my expensive lesson and avoid Anlin. Or you might just get a messed up window that you'll spend money fixing later on.

William was very professional and informative. I was called 30 minutes before he arrived and he arrived on time. He explained the issues and the solutions. I hope it is he that comes to do the work.

William was very prompt. I had a problem with my sliding door track & rollers. He replaced the track & rollers in the door. Now everything works smoothly.

I would not recommend Anlin windows and doors to anyone. The sell a faulty product and do not stand by their warranty. My sliding door exploded after one night I slid the security dog door panel in. Anlin is refusing to replace the window and won't respond to email.

Saroun was here on time (actually called and came an hour early) and was very efficient in the amount of time it took to replace 2 second story windows. Anlin has a great track record with me and I recommend them to people all the time. They honored the lifetime warranty and replaced the glass on 2 windows that I had installed 20 years ago! Great customer service!

The techs arrived 30 mins early. They worked steady for 2 hrs cleaned up touched up glass and where finished. Thank you Anlin for sending a very professional crew. Best Dermot Sullivan

I love these windows from Anlin. They come loaded with what you want and you can even add etching for free if you like. Their double lifetime warranty is amazing. I just had a break and the glass was replaced free of charge as promised. Saroun and Erik were great friendly fast and very clean. Look into this more local company if you are looking for great windows check this place out.

William Batt fixed a broken part in under 1 minute. He was so quick, polite, and friendly! He's helped us with previous issues like window alignment and a broken screen door handle. It's always a pleasure working with him.

Phil & Felipe were very professional. Made a courtesy call before coming. Showed up when they said they would. They were very polite and knowledgeable, answered any questions that we had. They installed our new window in no time.
