My wife and I cannot recommend Ann high enough! When we decided to put our house on the market we wanted an experienced Realtor that had good knowledge of our community and the current real estate market. Ann Blanco is very responsible and professional. She has excellent negotiation skills. She knows the market, even provided me the information that other agent did not provide to me. For example she knows that similar houses like my house at my location are not listed and sold for two years. She also provided me other information associated with all the sale of the house like tax, tile company. She has her own repair maintenance people and staging company to make your house perfect for selling. I live outside of California and luckily found her as my realtor. I highly recommend her!
