Good sandwiches, fair price, staff remembers your "usual" order! Good family business.

Many banh mis have left me disappointed, Annie's did not. One of the best I have ever had.

Loved this place. Great lunch spot, cheap and great food.

I love their banh mi. The very first time I tried it, I understood that this restaurant is a keeper. The baguette melts in your mouth. My usual pet peeve with banh mi is that they make it a touch dry but not this bad boy, it’s so fresh and flavorful.

Will definitely frequent this place a lot.

Really amazing and delicious sandwiches on a budget! This place isn’t fancy, but it’s very clean and the people here are super kind and good vibes. The food is delicious and makes me feel good after eating too.

I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. I find the chicken sandwich to be the best item.

Super friendly purveyors of American and Vietnamese sandwiches. Their sandwiches are smaller and less expensive than some of their competitors, but still well crafted.

I've ordered pick-up from here twice and both times, the food was ready on time and is very delicious! So far I've tried the BBQ Pork Banh Mi and the Grilled Pork sandwich. The flavor of the meat is savory and the vegetables help balance it out. I've also tried the Green Milk Tea and the regular Milk Tea. Both were perfect amount of sweet. I keep forgetting to take a picture of my food because it's so good that I just eat it as soon as I get home! The staff is also very friendly. I'll definitely be coming back to try more menu items.

Average banh mi sandwich.

Had grilled chicken sandwich which was very ok and bland.
The jalapeños were not at all spicy.
Also there was very less sauce altogether.

Service was pretty fast.

Very little meat or veggies in the banh mi sandwiches, even when you pay for the "extra meat" option.

Not only are their sandwiches delicious, but the people who run this place are the best! They made me feel at home, and so friendly. And of course, the food is SO good. I got the chicken bahn mi sandwich and it hit the spot! A friend got their smoothie and loved it. Prices are very reasonable! I will definitely be going back, i loved it here!

I ordered 6 different Banh Mi's and the bread was the right amount of crunch and softness. The filling was really good too. The staff here are so sweet! They have a bunch of other options that I hope to try and will be back.
