I've been going to this place for years now. They always do a good job, and the prices are fair. They don't accept cards, cash only, but I can live with that.

I have been using Ann's Alterations for over 10 years and I am very happy with the quallity of work. The items are always ready on time. I use them for hemming clothes and repairs. I recommend them.

I’ve gotten multiple formal event dresses tailored here, including a huge gown for my debut that they did perfectly for a very fair price. They got my orders done perfectly in time and always do a flawless job! Will always come here to get any alterations done?

Absolutely awful service. When I came in they were slow and disinterested in helping me. I was told my alteration would be ready Friday at 3: 00. I showed up Friday at 4: 15 and they hadn’t even started. They had to look around for the jacket in the mess of their shop, then they asked if I could come back tomorrow to pick it up….

Awful experience. Cash only business. Never coming back

I drove from Imperial Beach to Miramar during Pandemic because they are only ones I will allow to tailor my clothes. Exceede expactations and worth the drive. Michael Kors P coat and sport jacket looked like they were made for my body when they were done. Love owners. Been a customer for over 12 years and consider them family.

Went here for altering my gf’s cocktail dress. They make you wear it so the lady can see the fitting for herself and then continue placing pins to mark the lengths! Hahaha absolutely no measuring tapes. Was surprised if that would work but surprisingly it did and that too very well!

I was referred to Ann's Alterations by a Nordstrom employee/salesperson 10 years ago. This salesperson felt that Ann's work is superior. She took her own clothing there! I have been nothing but satisfied EVERY time. I even have my husband's jean tailored there. Centrally located, affordable. Every item of clothing looks/fits better with tailoring.

They are a wonderful son and mother team. They really provide the best customer service. I will only go to them. They do a wonderful job. They are professional efficient and affordable. We have to. Support our local businesses!

My family has been coming here since the 80s. Love Ann and her family. Finishes their orders at a very timely manner, great quality, and great price!

I came across this place on Google and liked the reviews.
Dropped off some of husband's suits and dress shirts and 2 of my coats for dry cleaning. Ann's Alterations & Tailoring was very nice and professional. Prices were fair and turnaround time was quick. They did a good job at removing the stains. I was told they will be relocating to a new storefront, bigger place and more parking just down the street from current location.

Horrible customer service. They charged me $30 to replace a zipper. Upon replacing the zipper they cut fabric off of my the garment making it so that I cannot fit into the clothing. Sloppy work, destroyed my outfit. Save yourself a headache.

DO NOT COME HERE. My formal dress that I planned to wear to a church event this week was COMPLETELY RUINED at this establishment. When I went to show them the mistakes they made the owners (husband and wife) INSULTED ME, PHYSICALLY PUT THEIR HANDS ON ME and the wife told me to SHUT UP when I was talking. It was a NIGHTMARE. I will never be able to wear my dress again. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Horrible people. There are better places. Save your time and money.
