I needed to share about my experience with Ms. Martiz- she was amazing. From my first initial phone call to the last, she was pleasant, friendly, knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to find the best policy for my situation. She followed up when needed and was great at maintaining communication. If the rest of the staff are like her- I would recommend Answer Financial to everyone.at the least, I would recommend her.

Don’t do it! I paid them and my insurance is still pending. It’s very off putting because it should be active the same day I paid them. Now I’m wondering if I was scammed

Inquired about an insurance quote today, first was a absolute ripoff (50% higher then any other company large or small). When I asked for an email with the policy breakdown the rep told me they would only send the premiums cost portion. I again asked for the whole policy breakdown, she refused. Kept pressing me like a terrible sales person, “when you are ready we accept visa or Mastercard”. Clearly she was looking for the quota to meet and shove the customer out the door. Awful business model. This is another reason why companies go digital and obsolete these jobs.

Incredibly rude, needs to learn some customer service skills.

A friend of mine put me on the phone with an agent here because I needed to change my auto insurance. I've been in customer service myself for 38 years and there are ways to say things better unoffensive. I am a widowed person who also recently lost her job and so I need a new auto insurance and when the person on the phone asked me how much I was paying for my previous insurance and I told him he said, and I quote, and you couldn't afford that? Basically insinuating that I'm some kind of hello income Pond scum. You should have heard the tone in his voice. There are other ways to word that question. He repeated himself twice after that. At that point I said thank you for your time and hung up on him. When I attempted to call the company to file my complaint over the phone I couldn't reach anyone so here I am, on Google, leaving a negative review.

I would not buy anything from any of these sales agents.they will tell you what they want to hear vs what actually happens.

I had called to get an auto policy and was told that the insurance provided could not guarantee the rate unless I get renters insurance.

The agent told me that I would be billed quarterly.come to find out I was being charged and billed monthly for the AMT her told me.

Answer financial agreed to do a flat cancel and come to find out that the insurance provider did not honor that.

These guys are not the real deal.stay away from them. They are horrible. I would suggest going to another third party.

I’ve been a client for going on 3 years now. Very satisfied with them. In less then 30 minutes they compared my rates. I was able to get better coverage and saved $80 /mo. Recommend them 100%.

Not a friendly place; started a policy, info was wrong, after they grabbed the payment they REFUSED to correct the mistakes THEY MADE. We had to call the carrier, and were on hold for over a half hour. Not a good experience.

I SIGNED UP WITH THIS COMPANY ON JAN 3 "2020 THEY TOOK MY DOWN PAYMENT SAME DAY OF $ 306.23 THEN I LOOK A 2 WEEKS LATER THEY TOOK DEBIT MY ACCOUNT FOR A PAYMENT MORE THIS TIME OF $312.15 MIND TELL I HAVE NOT BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY A FULL MONTH TO BE TAKING TWO A THREE PAYMENTS A MONTH I WAS ABLE TO DISPUTE THE LAST PAYMENT THAT WAS TOTALLY UN AUTHORIZED
NOW THIS COMPANY AND INFINITY WANTS TO CANCEL MY POLICY ON THE 8 th OF FEB MIND TELL YOU I HAVE NOT BEEN WITH THESE COMPANIES ONE MONTH AND THEY ALREADY TAKEN TREE PAYMENTS ONE WAS CREDIT BACK FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS PLEASE CHECK YOUR BANK YOU WILL SEE THE CROOKS DOING
