Antelope Creek Apartments, Citrus Heights CA

I have lived here about a year now and my truck has been broken into twice. I have never see security but with all the night owls that walk threw the apartment there needs to be security.

Lived here for 3+ years and loving it! Great amenities, awesome staff, always friendly and helpful, lots of trees, almost feel like you're on vacation. I love this place ️ Staying here until we buy a place of our own. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to raise our little girl.

Maya the manager is professional and sweet, she did answer all my questions patiently and went out of her way to meet me early in the morning to show me the apartment since I had to be at work early, I did request for couple things to be fixed and it was done the same day with my permission to be done when I was at work, so I wanna thank Maya for such a great service I do recommended to everyone!

Just called the office to see what a 1bd would start at, I was very polite in asking and the lady who answered was rude and unprofessional. Even if their prices were lower I would not be renting simply because of the attitude I just received. That isn’t how you should speak to potential residents.

I had no problems with the manager, nice place for swimming, bbq out side, I love it here.

Good luck trying to get maintenance at your apartment, they take very long to get things fix, my sister hasn’t gotten her closet done in months after making a lot of calls, our hot water hasn’t been fix. The manager is nice but no assistance is a joke.

Lived here for a year. The house was filled with the smell of smoke, the bathroom lights sometimes worked on and off, back sliding door I had to fix myself because it would not lock and the insulation was awful with flies somehow making it in with all windows and doors shut. On top of these things my car got broken into twice here and was also hit by their security team while he was making his rounds around the apt. Then they raised the rent with only a months notice on everyone. Some going up more then $200. Terrible business and the garbages are constantly filled and flowing out. Raised rent? For what? Nothing has changed. Also if your expecting to get your deposit back, good luck. We kept out apartment as we got it and it was used to fix all the things they didn’t fix before moving us in. Shady. Live at your own risk
