Generally speaking, I’m a fan of this service. The drivers and those at the office are very nice and helpful. The driver this morning was decidedly less so, so I can’t give 5 stars. I hope not to drive with him again. I tried everything I could to get to the meeting place 10 minutes early but could not, I’m out here caring for my other who just had breast cancer surgery. He called, I said I was 5 minutes out, the departure time was 8: 50, when I arrived at 8: 47 he lectured me rudely on the process and how that 8: 50 was the departure time… well guess what? We departed at 8: 49, so I don’t appreciate being lectured when we left right on time. I respect that the schedule needs to be kept and had I arrived after 8: 50 I would’ve understood if they had left. It’s not the first time I’ve used this service. I’ve managed to get there early every other time and the last few times, I had to wait for them to show up after the stated time. I don't appreciate the attitude and being treated so patronizingly.

Paula is AMAZING! Her customer service is GREAT.

Selena, on the other hand, needs to be retrained in customer service she is extremely rude and rushes you off the phone. She's got a terrible attitude.

I enjoyed both rides. Jose and the young lady were great drivers and very courteous.

This is only one of two viable options for transportation to Bob Hope or LAX. They know it so the service is lacking and they don't plan on fixing it. The lack of availability, the non existent dispatch (which you absolutely have to have to communicate with the drivers for a myriad of reasons), the emotional behavior and driving behaviors of the drivers is poor. My driver arrived almost 30 mins late to pick me up from LAX, NO CALL NO EMAIL NO TEXT. I was just about to call a relative to pick me up from over an hour AWAY. There's no way to track your driver. It's frustrating and literally wiped out any sense of rest or relaxation I had attained on vacation. My back and neck -in knots. I was starving. It's actually easier to pay a neighbor or family member to take you and pick you up. Fly Away, FLY AWAY FROM ME. NO THANKS.

Been a regular rider for the past two decades with family using the service for a good three and a half so it’s been interesting to see how it’s evolved over the years! I mean, this company was both responsible for charters for my high school cross country team as a teen and important trips as an adult!

That said, post-COVID the schedule shuttle service seems to operate only if I there’s passengers who book up to 24 hours in advance or else it just doesn’t do the run. Do please keep that in mind if you’re a last minute booking as the Palmdale office will have a whiteboard at the entrance to show which runs are running, something that last minute LAX-origin passengers may not know! With that in mind book more than 24 hours in advance!

For the most part, the service has been reliable (as should be attestable by how long we’ve been using it!) with drivers at least doing a courtesy call for LAX-origin passengers to ensure you’re under the Orange (Shared Rides) sign, though it may not be guaranteed for newer staff (as what happened to me in my most recent attempt to use the service.)

But yes, for the most part it is a decent service but do please have a fallback just in case!

Horrible service! Ended up missing my flights because original shuttle ran out of coolant (not that the driver noticed - another vehicle on the highway flagged us down and pointed it out). Passengers were told a replacement shuttle was on its way and would pick us up from the side of the highway within 30 minutes. Ended up waiting over 2 hours for replacement shuttle to arrive after continuingly being told, "a new shuttle is 4 miles away" by the driver, making it impossible make alternate travel arrangements. Antelope has not responded to any follow up communications. Unsafe and unprofessional service all around, would not use again.

I reserved a 10pm pickup from LAX and waited for over an hour for my shuttle that never arrived. I was never called by a driver the entire time and when I tried calling the office it went to an after hours answering machine.
The only notification was in the fine print at the bottom of a duplicate confirmation email that said there might be an issue with the reservation and to call in to check. The top 90% of the email was the exact same as the other confirmation email so this information that was buried at the bottom was not clearly communicated at all.
If you're a shuttle company you have one job, thats picking up your passengers, but that one simple rule seems unattainable for this business. A no call, no show is an absolute joke. I would not recommend this service.
