The residents seam not to have any respect for each other.many times I've heard tenates arguing all night in the car port.playing loud music all night. They also can't seam to empty the trash into the dumpster. Instead they throw it on the floor in front of a empty dumpster.

Maintenance man Art is a big help and has great customer service very polite. Very humble man not rude at all.

To Dajanae, I'm very sorry u went through that! Im just sayen If I had a penny for every time they said they're renovating I'll be so rich. Also if you'd like to hit me up I have in order all the apartments in analog Valley the names of the people that I spoke to and how they were either they were nice or not helpful. If you're interested? So I totally get it. However I think every place is being renovated at the new thi also have a website that you can go to and they will match you that's new right.
