The staff was all friendly especially Mike who was my sales person and our finance guy. I feel that I was sold the extra Karr security system when I did not need it and I would have appreciated it to be deactivated and the charge removed. I had to find out the hard way after the fact that the trim that I purchased did not have navigation. Be sure to take a more careful look at these things. Also expect a markup above MSRP starting at $7,500 that may or may not be negotiable.

I appreciate the service provided by Tina and Steven. However, the last repair done there will probably be my last. They diagnosed the problem as actuators which required taking out the dash, seats, etc.and when they put it all back together they discovered the heater core was leaking. I believe that occurred while working on my car, yet I was billed for the part. They then had to take my car apart again, including the windshield. 9 days later and nearly $3,000 and it will still blowing cold air. Took it back again the next morning and they reset the computer. Not any faith if their abilities and diagnosis.

I have been coming to this dealership for 9 years, a loyal, repeat customer. After the way They misrepresented themselves and treated Me, they have lost Me as a customer.

I asked for a 60K mile service and an oil change. You recommended multiple services including a coolant flush and I said yes to all services. 2 days after getting my truck back my low coolant light came on. I checked and it was low, no leaks, just low. I also saw my windshield washer fluid was almost empty. I called my service adviser and asked why all my fluids weren't checked. Rather than apologizing for an obvious error, he said he needed to talk to the technician. The next day he said the tech claimed to have checked all fluids. If that were true, my washer fluid would be full.

I topped off my coolant and the level has remained normal. I'm sure the tech did the coolant flush but forgot to run the truck for 5-10 minutes to clear air from the system and that is why it was low. Everybody makes mistakes and that is ok, but we need to own our mistakes not try to cover them up. When I called to ask why my fluids were low 2 days after my service, I should have been offered an apology not a false claim to have checked the wiper fluid.

Failure to own your mistakes makes me question the integrity of your service department and I am wondering if I need to take my vehicle to AutoNation Chevrolet in Valencia for future service.

Thank you AV Chevy and our sales representative. Johnny V. Knowledge, reliable, friendly knows his products extremely well. From start to finished it took two hours. The most time taken was the paperwork. In my experience the Staff is well trained in customer service

Got my truck in quickly for a airbag recall. It took approximately 3 hours for the recall. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Specifically Robert a service advisor was helpful.

My experience from the purchase to service of my truck this is the worst dealership I have ever been to. I have been lied too over and over and their attempts to "help" are just words, nothing else. It took over 4 hours to "buy" the truck, told it's taking a long time because they are washing it and it's a big truck. It was never washed; salesman was to show me all the features of my new truck, but got called away and never came back. Sales manager says I will fill your tank the next time you come in, they refused to honor this because it wasn't in writing. Made appointment for oil change, came in and told we have 5 cars ahead of you, will take 3 hours to change oil, do recall & wash the truck. I told them just change oil, this took 3.5 hours just to change the oil. Made another appointment for the recall, they texted me back and e-mailed about needing an oil change, oil was at 62% & not needed, another lie. Dropped off truck for recall and told they need to keep it a couple of days to complete recall, no one ever mentioned this when I made the appointment, said it was just an "inspection" They completed the recall in 2 hours, simple software update to ECM. Overall this dealership is poorly run, they do not know what the other dept's are doing or telling customers, appointments are just a time for you to drop off vehicle, nothing more. Nobody is ready to start working on your vehicle as you might think. I am an ex-tech who has worked at Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, GMC dealerships, I know what they do and what they tell customers.

Completely disappointed, my car was there 3 days for a diagnoses, service assistant hardly answered my texts and concerns and left many of my texts Un answered. Finally they got back to me at the end of the 3rd day telling me what services they recomended. I opted for 1 service but than was told they would not work on the car at all unless I opted to get all services recommended. Both parts they recommended had alrdy been replaced in the past 6 months so it was obvious to me they were only worried about ripping me off for parts that would not fix the issue. I picked the car up and my service assistant was nowhere to be found. I was still charged 180 for there bogus diagnoses. I would recommend going elsewhere as this place is unprofessional and only looking to try to sell you parts you don't need for the profits. Going to get some real professionals.bye Felicia.

Apparently when your chevy gets a certain age or mileage its no longer a chevy hahaa.must be a new rule this place made in less than 6 months because they serviced an old chevy with over 200,000 miles of mine. Did tons of work no problem but cant service a vehicle with under 150,000 miles. HYSTERICAL make it make more sense lamecaster. Maybe its just the stuck up broad on the phone. Because last time i didnt call i just showed up and the nice gentleman
was terrific. I wish i remember his name.

Classic dealership experience. Had an appointment for an oil change and appraisal. Oil change took 2 hours, then they set the car aside and circuit about it fire another hour while I was waiting. Appraisal was a joke, offered a number that was insulting, which they used KBB to back up; when I put my info in, KBB came back *thousands* higher, even with a very pessimistic estimate. They have 2 of the same models, with lower trim levels and less options, for over MSRP. Tried to offer another $1K on trade in if I bought something of the lot, and they tried to convince me that "Now is the time to buy a nice car! ". In Q3 2021.

Don't waste your time. Avoid unless absolutely desperate, and you have no other options.
