7 hours of waiting for results of X-rays. Was at the hospital for 9 hours. They are wack. Kept asking for updates and nothing. Out of those 9 hours, I spent maybe 5 minutes talking to a doctor.

Worst place ever! Didn’t give my mom any medicine and she literally couldn’t breathe and just gave her, her papers and told her to leave

Garbage hospital. I took my alzheimers suffering father in for a fall and they took xrays and a ct scan. 5 hours in and we get the ct scan results which didnt show anything and no xrays. I dont even know if his arm is broken and they sent us home with no pain relievers. Disgusting.

If I could give this hospital 0 stars I would. My sister was taken by ambulance and they had her sitting in the waiting room (which wasn’t full at all) for 4 hours, unable to breathe properly. Wouldn’t even let me talk to a medical professional. They kicked me off the premises, still giving my sister improper treatment without even seeing a doctor yet. Incompetent nurses and doctors. They laugh in your face when you’re obviously panicking. Paige Torres and Eric Martinez (rent-a- pigs at emergency room entrance) were disgusting to deal with, sarcastic, and laughing when I was trying to get proper treatment for my sister who could not breathe. This is a foul place to bring sick people, do not come here. Absolutely disgusting people.

I’ve been here for 4 days. With a blood clot and infection they keep canceling my medical procedure which is urgent. When I called to speak to the charge Nurse from the 5th floor Carolina I was met with attitude and told it wasn’t her problem. As the charge RN every patient is their responsibility. If you can go to a better hospital down the hill. I see why they are rated low. My life is at risk and they don’t seem concerned.

Thank you AV hospital, for taking care of me, I will do my best to take care of myself and only go to the hospital only when I need to.

There should be an option for a negative number rating.

9pm and they discharged him home even though I told them we were not ready to receive them they still sent him.

After surgery vs letting him sleep they kept disturbing him to the point I had to tell them to stay out of the room this hospital sucks

Some of the people who work here honestly don't care. They have a superior attitude and if you explain you need to go home 6 1/2 hours empty ER room still waiting. You can leave we can't hold you but we won't discharge you. Can't explain why your xray that was taken an hour before some others is still not read but the ankle and the whole arm are have been discharge hours ago and came in after

Initially I bought my dad down to the ER.it's very busy and very hectic. The staff was wonderful ER nurses was Top Notch.kudos for Jamie for following up for my dad, however you can only fit so many patients in the ER Department itself. They a Antelope Valley sorely needs another hospital.not an expansion to an additional Hospital

They'll hold you for hours no matter how serious your issue is, I was mandated by work to get checked out and waited 5 hours. I was paid for those 5 hours but I rather of worked how loud that waiting room was full of crying children. Not to mention I was prescribed medication upon discharging but when I went to the pharmacy they had no record of such.

My mother was very sick and when we went in they tried to diagnose her with something she didn’t have and the nurses didn’t really care about what they had to help her with everytime they would give there attitude or they would just sit out side the room on there phones and talk about there patients knowing we could here them. We were here for 9 hrs almost 10 and they would tell us the doctor needs to see us and not once have they came they would just try to avoid us when we needed them the most.when my mom was in pain I asked them to see if they could give her something and they would tell me over and over that the doctor has to approve pain medication and they didn’t even put in a recommendation. When my mother had to use the restroom they would give her attitude about unplugging her from the machine and ask can she walk on her own so they won’t assist her needs this hospital need to be taken down and the workers need to actually care about there patients

I was bit by a spider and my whole body was aching and they told me they couldn't do anything for me. I am in souch pain and the doctor didn't want to help me I then was kicked out due to them judging me telling me I had drugs inu system so I did not receive any medical attention for the bit due to me having narcotics iny system which has nothing to do with a spider bite
So basically they refused service for that

We all see the video of you all dumping a lady in the parking lot while she was having a seizure. The staff and security laughing. Rosales superviser David Donald,
director constance Esther and more. Aweful human beings. I hope you get the karma you deserve. People should be loosing jobs never to work in those fields again.

Horrible hospital horrible security. They don't care about people. Don't come here

My brother was transferred to you today September the 16th and released later in the day after staying in your emergency room all day he was transferred from Palmdale Regional because of our insurance carrier Kaiser that has an agreement with you I believe. By the end of the day you had decided that he could be released he has two pins in his hip a blood clot unable to walk and you just released him saying that the blood clot has not moved to his lung well I hope not but at any time it could. I cannot figure out how a person with Parkinson's two pins in their hip cannot walk could be released from your facility without you making sure that they were either transported to a rehab center or something other than saying hey basically go home and do what you do.

They dump patients on the sidewalk and the curb and the parking lot.
No compassion here.

Worst ER ever
Went in since 7: 15 pm and wait until 1am still not saw any doctor
After 2 hours wait to get x- ray (got chock with fish' bone). Got a nurse told me after 5 hours wait said can't see any thing on X-ray when my throat hurts like hell.it's unbelievable. I have to walk out of there to find another ER to save my life.

THE DOCTORS AND NURSES KEEP NEGLECTING MY KIDS. TODAY I WAS VERBALLY ATTACKED BY TWO NURSES IN THE GREEN ZONE! I WAS ATTACKED FIR SIMPLY ASKING A QUESTION. THESE PEOPLE ARE TRASH AND EMOTIONALLY AND NEGLECTLY ABUSE PATIENTS AND ALL PEOPLE THERE!

They have the absolute worst care imaginable. Went in with severe pain.they cannot even do an MRI. Was sent home with Ibuprofen. Thanks but I could have gone to get that at the store. I guess that is what you get for seeing useless nurse practitioners instead of real doctors. Do not even take your worst enemy there if he was bleeding to death.
