11Horrible! They have you come in 30 min early to have you wait an hour past your appointment time.making it an 1 1/2 wait to get an mri. Second time it's happened in month. Horrible customer service, don't even care if you are in pain.
Today I had two more MRI's and an ultrasound. Peter the MRI tech is amazing. So sweet and patient. Very concerned that I was taken care of. Jackie the ultrasound tech was also very sweet and compassionate. From checking in to the services I was treated like royalty. When I got there they took me in right away. When I finished the mri's I asked for water and was brought some. I was dehydrated from my medications and then the contrast. Really loved the staff and efficiency of everyone.

They changed their name apparently now once and back and dressed up the building. My partner arrived right on time for an appointment and was then told the appointment was the next hour. So two hours after arriving early she comes out to tell me she is still inside waiting. It is through Kaiser nut someone should complain to the state board or something.
Had to come here for a CT scan and 3 people that came after me already went in. It’s true what the other reviews say, they all lie and take their time.
I was seen in a timely manner.
The staff are very patient and polite. The Technician explained all the facts of the procedure to be performed.
I highly recommend this facility to all that need care.
No one follows through and every one seems to do the bare minimum. I have a Spinal Cord Stimulator, which needs special considerations when getting an MRI, i explained thes to them when they called to schedule the appointment. I explained what kind, how long I've had it, an entire conversation. They schedule me for that day 10pm. I had to scramble to get my SCS rep to do the check up on it before we tuen it off for the MRI. It was off at 2pm meaning im in lots of pain, hints why i need it. They call to reschedule for 7pm, ok no problem earlier is better. They are getting ready to call me back and i tell thwm do you want the info on my SCS, they arw all dumbfounded and say they had no isea i had one and that i cant have an MRI with that machine. There is a whole charade oh were sorry the tech comes in at 5: 30am he will evaluate it and call you to schedule on the lancaster machine. Next day no call nothing. I call they dont know what im talking about. Im on hold for 20 min to finally have them say they can't do it at all sorry. Mind you i had my SCS turned off not to mention the driving all over i live over an hour away. The response is oh yeah i dont knkw why they didnt check first. I will refuse to ever come here again. This place is a joke! Not to mention I could have been put in serious danger had I not spoken up when i did.
Caroline, who assisted me at the front desk was beyond helpful, accomodating and offered both my daughter and I phenomenal customer service! There was a small error made in my daughter's file by another employee here, and Caroline was quick to help us get it corrected by making the necessary phone calls to the main Lancaster office as needed. Caroline also called me personally to let me know when the corrected test results would be ready! Caroline deserves 10+ stars! Management should recognize her outstanding customer service skills, along with caring enough to keep the patient informed!
Took me 20 mins just standing before getting helped. They take way too long, stood here watching everyone running around back and forth to the Xerox machine. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else
Had an am stat MRI that got pushed back 3 times, was told to start fasting before the first appointment time, and since it's been changed 3 different times, have not been able to eat. This place is unorganized and unprofessional
This is probably my 5th or 6th mri with this company, by no choice of my own. They are notoriously late on appointments. Unfortunately, since they subcontract with Kaiser in the AV, I have to go here or drive further.
