I have been here twice now for mammograms, ultrasounds, and most recently - a biopsy. Every person that I have come in contact with has been very kind and professional from the receptionists, technicians, and doctors. Thank you Angela J and Dr Hanna for being so nice and talking me through a procedure I was so nervous about today. I am glad I was referred to this center.

Brought my grandmother to get a pet scan at this facility.the rep I spoke to was Daniel, he was very thorough and helped schedule her appointment. Carlos was also very helpful.overall had a great experience! Thank you for caring about your patients!

Staff at the imaging center were wonderful. The billing department staff are rude and terrible to deal with.

Thank you for your care at AVOIC at the women’s imaging center. You did a great job getting me in quickly and handling my diagnostic mammograms/ultrasound/biopsy. While I didn’t get the result I wanted to hear, I’m grateful that you caught my breast cancer so that I can start getting treatment. I appreciate all of you!

Good luck if your call is answered. I was in a call cue that states I was 1 call away from assistance for 1: 18 mins. My call was disconnected and when I called back 7 callers were ahead now. Opted for a call back with no call back. This was for a STAT order.

Angela was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to find my baby's accurate insurance information. Her positive attitude and willingness to help my baby get service on the same day really stood out.

Throughout our interaction, Angela was polite, professional, and empathetic. She made me feel valued and heard, and I really appreciated her kindness. HD

I'm not sure why this facility has such a low review. I went in for an MRI on my leg, and everything was as expected.

The tech that brought me back for my semi open MRI was super nice. He was wearing a Billabong hoodie and he made me feel super comfy. I'm not claustrophobic but it was nice. And then the tech was different when I was done and he helped me get up as my back had tightened up while I was in the MRI. So you've got great employees there.

The frount desk nurse Abby is great and very helpful. She helped me get my.xray done when another front nurse said they didn't take LA Care. Thank you again Abby

Came in this morning at 7: 15 am on Jan 24-2023 my appointment was for 6: 45 am so I thought. When Ms. Angela said no it's at 7: 45 pm I said no it was for 6: 45 am long story short she talked with Ms Gina. And they made it happen I am so grateful for the teamwork that both of them displayed on patients' rights! Thank you so much to both women I appreciate you

When we arrived at the facility for my appointment this morning the young lady Abbie was the only one there, even though she had a long line she had a positive attitude, willing to go above and beyond. Unfortunately my appointment was not scheduled for another week, yet this young lady tried so hard to get me seen today, she took the time to make me feel like I mattered. I decided to just keep my appointment and allow her to move on. Very sweet and pleasant young lady to work with, looking forward to returning the day of my appointment and working with her. Unsure why she was alone though, but her attitude never changed.

I came in over the weekend with my mom to get an MRI and the young lady, Flor, at the front was so helpful and caring. My mom is very claustrophobic and she explained to my mom the exam and somehow calmed her down and was able to complete her MRI.

It use to be okay but now they want order from Dr before making a appointment which is ridiculous because if Dr hands you the order and you don't live close. They need to change that because it's not as if they won't have the order on appointment either way.
