Have had so many problems with this dealership. Got a used 2018 Passat and they had me of course sign paperwork that nothing is wrong with the car, first day taking it off the lot the battery dies and has to be jump started. Get it checked out and the battery is bad, they said battery’s not covered under my warranty. Seriously? And now my fuel pump went out and they won’t even return my calls to confirm whether or not it’s covered under warranty. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

I can’t remember when I have had a better experience purchasing a new car. Our sales associate, Jim Chandler, was so pleasant to work with. Albert, the financial representative was friendly and efficient.

Great customer service; had to drop off very early, and it was no problem. Tara was very helpful and when I picked it up they were having problems with their system. Tara worked with the payment to ensure it went through.

I am going on a long trip I asked that my AC be checked. I was given a noticeably short response and in the end my AC was never checked.

To be honest I wouldn't use AV VW again. Front desk staff alone are a deterrent. I'd rather pay the additional $$ and got to Valencia.
