Replacement of heels on booties. Work was done ok, kind of expensive $29. Bad customer service: the shoes were not ready on the promise day and they were not able to locate them in the store. I went back the following day and they insisted I went there on the wrong day as show on my receipt: the receipt only shows the date when the shoes were left and then the day of the week for picking up. How am I supposed to know it takes them 2 weeks to complete the job? I was told they will be ready before the weekend, which weekend though? !?
They were able to repair my travel carry on when others turned me away. Good service at a great price.
