Furniture Store Anthropologie reviews
17 If you are a bride - or bridesmaid - I would encourage you to not visit this location. Especially as a bride, you want to be with people who are kind and helpful during this special time - not hostile and aggressive. You want to feel beautiful in the dresses - and this just is not the place to have a good experience.
I had such a poor experience recently at BHLDN that I no longer have any interest in visiting this store - or even shopping online at Anthropologie. It is a shame as I have never had any issues with the non-BHLDN side of the store and it used to be one of my favorite places to shop. It sounds dramatic, but when an experience is so awful, it is unappealing to go back.
We stood outside the store to speak against their complicity in the torture and mutilation of animals by selling fur and leather.
This store is a masterpiece!
You’ll find sophisticated pleasure observing dresses, home furniture, pictures and decorations.
There are two levels in this store. First one for clothes, flowers, plates, glasses, hats, and some decorations. Second one is for wedding dresses, night gowns, furniture, and rugs.
Even if you are not going to buy anything, window shopping will cheer you up for the rest of the day ️
Very detailed and well kept store - the plant section is well taken care of and smells heavenly. Lots of home goods!
Always a delight to see what is on offer at Anthro. Plus, returns are *so* easy here.terrain is adjacent which is also awesome.
I would rate this location 10 stars if I could! The customer service here is above exceptional. Long story short I had a significant dilemma regarding my bridesmaids dress for my sisters wedding that I was leaving for the next day- it arrived damaged beyond repair. I only had a short window to fix this and the Los Gatos Anthropologie referred me to look at the Palo Alto location. I gave a them a call and it was so swift and easy, I was able to simply tell them I am looking for a black gown for a formal wedding. When I arrived 30 minutes later, Destiny that works on the wedding department floor had pulled fantastic options. I found the one within 10 mins and she helped me with accessories as well. She was so incredibly patient and optimistic and helped me turn what was a bit of a stressful situation into a successful one! I couldn’t be happier. Mary and Zoe also helped tremendously - actually everybody working there was great.
Last thing I wanted to add is the store decor and inventory is beyond, incredibly beautiful you can tell they put a lot of time and effort into making it that way! Thank you again
Dressing rooms close 30 minutes before the store closes…. Why do you not close the store altogether?
Visited the store just to pick up an online order (sheet set) but it was fun to browse around, see all the new styles. This store really embraces the boho chic. I enjoyed the décor section with the faux houseplants.
Love coming here for home goods (candles and ceramics) but also to browse their beautiful plants. Not to mention their mannequins are styled really well - from outerwear to accessories to the use of colors. It makes shopping a lot easier when the styling is already done for you!
I live in Anthropologie clothing! Love the unique, quality styles, especially their dresses! The sale room has great savings! I can always find creative gifts in their home accessory department! And don’t forget to check out their kitchen towel rack…my go to gift for years with their vibrant colors and creative artwork!
Being greeted at the entrance with “the fitting rooms are closing now” 40 minutes before close time was tacky and came across as rude. If you want to close at 630 then changing hours might best, although the surly service and music off certainly made everyone leave.
A very nice mix of products targeted for women. The prices are relatively high but at the same time, the presentation is flawless.
This Establishment may actually deserve out of pitty a half star for being open. Their customer service is Extremely poor and attention to detail of sadly lacking.
Had a wonderful experience here. I went to the sale section and asked where the plus size section was because they usually have a rack or two dedicated to plus sizes. They didn't have it that day but asked me what I was looking for and I said a dress. They said they would look in their back stock and ended up putting me in a dressing room with 8 plus sized dresses from their new stock and some sale pieces. I found a beautiful dress that I was very happy with. Everyone was supper friendly and made me feel special and welcomed. I really like this Anthropologie location and the people that work there.
Every Anthropologie is uniquely styled and decorated by local store employees. Of course I just go in to look. I presume my daughter might be finding something on the clearance racks.
Spacious & clean. Nice interior deco. I miss the cafe attached to the store. They had the best blueberry latte. Hope they open again.
