3 Someone needs to teach these people proper customer service.
Clearly, these workers haven’t been properly trained. Too much entitlement in person and on the phone, as if I’m bothering them, asking for help.
Make sure what you’re buying on sale is actually IN SALE — just bought two pillows with a red sales tag. Curious to see what they sold for originally since they were both pricey, when I got home I removed the red saje price — lo and behold, one pillow was regular price and the other one was actually a lower original price. When I valued about it I was told that oriole change the price — so how does a higher saje price on two items makes any sense?
I purchased two amazing tops! I went to the back sale area. I'm very happy with my purchase.
