Anton Legacy Apartments, Tustin CA

I’m living at this place for 8 years. I feel comfortable living here. The past 7 years was hard to live because the parking. The management they fixed the parking situation. We have a nice park attaches to the apartment. Allah bless our community.

I've lived at Anton Legacy Apartments for about five years now. There have been ups and downs.there were a lot of parking issues in addition to others.they have finally brought people who care enough and are competent enough to address almost all these issues.the new management Diana and Fernando have been fantastic.they have been able to solve the parking issues in addition to streamlining the process, of doing paperwork. We are very pleased with their work and the maintenance guys are absolutely amazing. I hope they get a raise for finally solving these critical issues this place had. I would highly recommend living here.it is very safe and the new management is very responsive.overall 5stars.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Anton Legacy Apartments. While my time living there was amazing, the way they handled my security deposit after moving out was unacceptable. It has been over 30 days since I vacated the premises, and I have yet to receive my deposit. I have attempted to reach out to them multiple times, but they have not responded or given me any indication of when I can expect to receive my deposit.

It is unacceptable that a company can treat their tenants this way. I followed all the proper procedures, and they have failed to do their part. I would not recommend living here if you expect to receive your deposit back in a timely manner.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received, and I hope that Anton Legacy Apartments will take action to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else in the future.

I wish I could honestly give the new awesome manager 10 stars. Monica took over my application & immediately helped. The property is very clean and quiet. The apartment itself, absolutely beautiful. All the girls in the office were sweet & attentive. Thank you Anton

When many other complexes' leasing offices around you open at 9: 00AM, and you open at 10AM; and we as a couple wanting to ask about renting a place, show up at your office door at 10: 30AM; and there are at least three ladies inside, and the door is locked, and after 30 seconds, just one of them comes to the door and tells you from a now-partially-opened door which she'd put herself in that space just to block you from getting in, and says "There's no available units", and tells you the website which shows available units just needs to be updated to not show any! And you ask that if you've shown up there, within there office hours, and they say yes, but still wouldn't let you in; and when you ask for at least using the restroom before going about your day driving away from their not-friendly nor fairly treating office, and they (still taking up the space between the door frame tightly,) say "Um, there should be a restroom in the park area over there in that direction".

. WHEN ALL THIS HAPPENS IN LESS THAN THE FIRST 2 MINUTES OF YOUR FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THAT COMPLEX MANAGEMENT,

. THEN YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE A ONE, SINGLE STAR!
I'VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!

This place is poorly managed. They have an office hours but doors are locked but there's a lady on the phone inside. Didn't bother to acknowledge me when I tried to open their door. Feel sorry for the people who live here.

Why is the management so rude? Have they heard anything about being polite to potential residents? No not at this place
