Anton Portola Apartments, Irvine CA

My mom is living here over 3 years and she cant speak english very well. Everytime when she needed some help and questions, Jillian was always there and helped us.
I cant believe that she’s leaving!
I cant imaging that she cant help us anymore.
She is the best person and right person to handle these apartment. Hope the management team would consider her status again! Please!

I’m living here for 3 years. Jillian is the best manager I’ve had ever. I’ve heard some news she is leaving office for any reason. I’m sure when she’s leaving the desipline will gone from our complex and that’s not good. I hope she stay and keep working hard and tough same as before.

Its been about 3 years since i moved into anton portola with my family and honestly we love jillian the manager of anton portola and all of her coworkers, they are always hardworking and like a family to us.they always take care of everything around the community and everything is amazing.and anytime we have a problem with something around the house, with one simple email they fix the probelm right away.they are all very nice and awesome overall.

I love Anton Portola I’m so lucky to live here in the safe community I love the management. The apartments are clean the neighbors are lovely my kids love the swimming pool because it’s clean and we love Jillian and the rest of the crew.

I’ve been living here for three years and I love this place I love the management. Jillian is so kind and always helpful. Also everyone else in the office are very nice.

Since I moved here and till now, the leasing office team has been very supportive and helpful, they strive to make living here a great experience for everyone.
The facilities are always clean and organised, and the maintenance team is very responsive.

Horrible experience dealing with Anton Portola, they are by far the worst leasing office management team I have ever dealt with. This place is run like the mob. Hands down the worst. Anton Residential really should be ashamed of themselves. They are rude, non-responsive, lie and mostly give out false information.

The Anton management is shockingly disrespectful. One of the few places in Irvine where I experienced discriminatory behavior.

The people who run this community are incredibly incompetent. I have never seen anything like it.

Their staff who works in the leasing office is the most disrespectful you ll ever see especially Ruth. They will never respond to your needs.

Building has fallen behind in cleanliness! The garage floor is filthy and it smells like garbage all the time. I've complaint and it's been over 2 weeks and nothing has been done about it.

The interest list for Anton Portola is completely fake and bogus. Rude, Untrustworthy staff and management team.

In terms of manners and helpfulness you can give their management a SOLID ZERO. My experience here was bad and recommend that you stay far away.

Horrible management! All they care about is money, money and money. They don't care about your concerns and every month some services go away (they stop doing them). Rude and hypocrite staff members, especially the manager. All I can tell you is that you may save a little money but you can't live a normal life in this community. STAY AWAY!

They do not honor maintenance requests, contacted them three times and they simply ignored me. They lady with the black hair called ruth was the worst. She was condescending and impolite. I m not happy at all.

My experience here has been the worst, they are rude and insulting. They never pick up the phone. Their behavior is one of the worst I've seen.

RUN. Away from living here. I could write a book about Ruth, the management team and nothing would be good.
