I called and got an appointment with one particular stylist well ahead and reached the place on time. Then they informed that stylist is busy and she can’t take me for haircut. Never going to this place again as they don’t value other people’s time and cannot be trusted. They have an option to call and inform. Very unprofessional environment and rude staff.

Below average service. The lady named Veena did my facial and she didn’t even clean my face before starting massage. Post the pack she didn’t clean up properly. Massage was also below average. Paid 92 dollars for such a service! Not coming back.

I got service from Ms Geeta Berry at Anu’s She was amazing and the care she gave is much appreciated. She is one of person true and best at her work. Look forward for service again. Keep up the good work.

I have been to this place quite a few times now. I strongly recommend Monica, she is very polite and thorough at her work. She does her job very patiently.

I had an appointment at 12 pm today. It was moved to 1pm by a call from the salon. Though I was there at the salon at 1 pm sharp, having taken time off from work, they kept me waiting for 30 mins.
The hairdresser, Tina had the audacity to tell me to wait for another 30 mins when I reminded her very politely that I had an appointment and that I had to go back to work
This is very unprofessional behavior. I had chosen to give her another chance to cut my hair which she had messed up the previous visit.

You have lost a customer plus my colleagues too, who had just come to you last month with a not so pleasant experience.

I get my eyebrows done from Veena, she did a fabulous job. I would recommend her if anyone wants to get waxing and eyebrows, done. She is very responsible, attentive and quick in her work.
Love her service will come again.

I am really picky with places I go to for my eyebrows but needed them done for this weekend so I decided to give this place a shot. I am so glad I did. I took a chance and found my new go to place for everything

Veena Rani provided facial service. It was magnificent and soothing experience. A Gentle massage, which refreshed the skin resulting in a great glow.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience! I visited the salon for a pedicure, but despite having an appointment I was told to wait for 20 minutes, I ended up waiting for a staggering 50 minutes without being called for service. To make matters worse, after enduring a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting, they informed me that they couldn't provide the service that day. It was a complete waste of my time. I strongly advise against booking appointments with Tina. The service was unreliable, unprofessional, and highly disappointing.

I have been to Anu's Beautique a few times now and I am extremely pleased with their services. The staff here, and the owner herself are very friendly and accommodating. Geetaji gave me a very relaxing facial. She finished it with a very good neck/shoulder/back massage. They had nice mix of music also playing and I was so relaxed that I dozed off for a few minutes! I look forward to going there again.

I recommend Anu’s! I had best facial with Veena, she had good experience and knowledge about products, she is so friendly.

Horrible experience. One of the hairstylists totally messed up my haircut (straight chopped with patches everywhere). It was so bad that I had to go to a different salon to get my hair fixed. Other services are still decent.

If you are getting a hair cut, they charge you extra for shampoo & conditioner.
If you want to blow dry, that’s extra too!

A great haircut experience! I loved the way Tina cut my hair. She does layers really well and made sure to double check with me on the lengths I wanted. I have long hair so was a bit nervous that she would cut it too short but it was the perfect length. Thank you! 10/10 experience!

Tina is a wonderful hairstylist. Very happy with my haircut. She’s very gentle and sweet. Salon is clean has very friendly staff. Highly recommend it.
