I ordered 250 level/measuring tape key chains for the Builders Show with my company’s logo on them, they suggested a few changes, I went with their suggestions, items arrived within a few weeks, Victoria assisted me through the whole process and was very helpful, we are very satisfied with our experience with AnyPromo and will use this company again.

I ordered winter hats & worked with Victoria. The process was easy, products arrived on time & the custom logo embroidery looks great!

Wasted my time for weeks. Art team kept making dumb mistakes on design then said item was on back order after 3 weeks of emails back and forth now I'm scrambling to find a replacement option for an event. Do not use these people. They have now tried to follow up with 2 more tries to help fix this but I don't answer weird numbers calling my phone and when i return their VM no one answers or returns the call.this is getting even worse! Bordering on harassment

They have my money and no merchandise! No customer service. It is past the ship time and can't get answers from anyone. "ABEL" our customer service rep has not returned emails and phone calls.

The process of ordering/designing the pen was very easy. Unfortunately the pens I received were totally different than what was ordered. Three days after notifying the company, no response.

I'm so upset. I ordered items for an event and they confirmed they could deliver on time. I even paid extra for a quicker delivery. They called me one day before my items where to arrive to inform me that they would not make it on time, not only would they not make it, but they didn't even begin production! They didn't even have the decency to let me know so I could shop elsewhere. Now for my 10th Year anniversary of my business I have nothing to give out! I ordered 1,000 items:

Jorge was amazing. He helped me in a situation where I need the items really quickly and he was super helpful and followed up constantly and got me the items I needed on time! Can't wait to work with him again soon.

Eva A has been great to work with. I had 4 separate orders and all of them came in quickly and perfectly executed.

I ordered an item one month ahead of when I needed it. They promised it would be there by Feb 1. After my credit card was charged, I got an email saying it would be Feb 9. Feb 10 is here and it still says "In Production". I tried to reach them and got no response. Beware of this company and by no means should you rely on them to get an item by the date promised. I suggest 4imprint as an alternative.

We ordered face masks for our organization through AnyPromo. I was especially impressed with the customer service (shout out to Luis Rogel!) and how easy it was to connect with someone via phone and email. Oftentimes you don't have a dedicated account rep but Luis was very helpful and easy to get ahold of. I would definitely use AnyPromo for future orders!

After contacting 2 other sites I found Jorge Carbajal at Anypromo to be most helpful. I needed an order in time for Christmas, and while the sites I mentioned could NOT provide timely delivery, Jorge worked with me to make that happen. He was knowledgeable, walked me through the process and double checked on everything before calling me back to confirm my order would be correct and delivered in time for the holiday.
