BO IS A GREAT GUY! Changed my battery in seconds set the time and date while giving me some great recommendations on watches. You can tell within the first minute he knows what he is doing. Would recommend him to anyone with watch needs.

Unfortunately I had the same experience as Tim Taylor. Maybe he should be more "Color Blind" when it comes to people giving him business, especially during this crazy time. The work on the watch was good,
but the experience was disturbing. Really disappointed that people still act this way

I fixed my 2 watches here and have to say it was my best experience!
Not only the prices are fair, the quality of work is exceptional. The replaced crystal was perfectly positioned, and from my experience it not always like that.
The watches were ready on the scheduled day with no issues whatsoever. I also found the new watches displayed in the store fairly priced and beautiful. With that level of service, I'll definitely be coming back.

I brought in my new Tissot watch purchased online to have it sized.
The proprietor acted very strangely.
Sorry to have to bring up my race (black) but I can’t think of any other reason for his strange behaviour.
I usually have no problem communicating with white people since I’m very articulate with perfect diction.

He gave me the feeling that he suspected my watch might have been stolen despite the fact that I brought along everything that came with my watch including the sales receipt & the original shipping box with the UPS labeling still attached reflecting my home address.

As a result, I won’t be returning there should I ever need another watch sized.

A man named Vick replaced my battery in my g shock quickly, efficiently, and was a pleasure to talk to during the whole process. Fairly priced and very friendly

What a great find! I took my Tiffany Atlas watch in because it stopped running and it needed a new watch band. They changed the battery and strap on the spot it costs $34.00. Then I told them my experience with Tiffany's. It took them a month to tell me the watch needed a new gasket, oiling, new movement and polishing. This would cost $350.00 and the new band would be $400.00! First off watches are sealed they do not need oiling they are oiled for life. Anytime told me my watch was clean and in great shape. As for the band I could by an entire cow hide for
$400.00 guess we know what it takes for Tiffany's to pay for their overhead!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Great music and quite reasonable in watch repair pricing. Plenty of parking and you can do local shopping while your watch is being repaired
