Anytime Fitness, Santa Clarita CA

This Anytime fitness location is great. Impeccably clean, very well maintained and has a great atmosphere. They have all the equipment I could ever need and do a great job of managing the place. I love in Saugus and really enjoy the option of getting to a gym that is quick, close and smaller then some of the larger gyms on the edges of town. I

Signed up for this gym at month to month contract, wasn’t worth it. The equipment was always broken, there was never anyone there to get help with stuff or talk to, this gym is like.they have it open 24/7 and no one who works there is ever even there, it’s so weird, and it smells bad too, and the bathrooms are atrocious, one time I went to the bathroom, and one of the toilets was filed with feces and ended up being there for an entire week.disgusting! I’m so glad I cancelled, they also tried charging me for a cancellation fee when they told me there was no cancellation fee when I signed up.liars!

If they paid me $1,000/month to exercise at this gym even just once a week, I wouldn't take the offer. That's how bad it is here. Avoid at all costs.edit- staff is obviously on drugs too, look at their response.

Well its pretty stressful having to deal with the broken equipment, they dont even put signs on the machines that they are broken, there is never anyone there, the communication is terrible, the bathrooms are unsanitary, i can go on and on, i cancelled my membership today because i am going to go sign up at GOLDS GYM tomorrow since i booked an appointment instead of continuing to work out at anytime, golds gym were able to get me a better deal than anytime fitness, and i got to use it for a one week pass.and the golds gym is much nicer, the staff is professional, the equipment is well maintained, the steam room is nice, there is a pool, i absolutely love it.so.screw you anytime, you suck!

They sent me to collections even tho you can “cancel anytime” literally in the name? Gym is trash and they’re just tryna steal your money, if you’re THINKING about this gym I’ll tell you right now crunch is gonna be the better option like that’s how bad this place is.

I went in to buy and gym service yesterday, the staff was very rude, and made the experience terrible, I walked out and took my business elsewhere, I am surprised people even go to this gym!

The worst gym I have ever signed up at… never the right plates and is TINY I had to go in twice before they cancelled my membership and even then charged me for two months after….

If I could give -5 stars, I would. If anyone is looking for a gym that is amazing, it is not this one, so don't get a membership here unless you are looking for the worst gym in the world.

Has anyone else had abad experinece with the gym and getting scammed? Rude staff? Cant communicate? Blows my mind how they are still in business, they are scammers

Very frustrating, gym itself is not good, if u see other 1 star reviews there is common pattern, they are very bad, do not sign up for membership at this gym, go to golds or la fitness, million times beter, they are like a ghetto one off lowkey scammer gym.cant believe they are in business, corruption and tyranny i say!

This, is quite frankly, one terrible gym. The worst gym experience I have ever had, in all my 63 years of existence, and have been with MANY different gyms, this is #1 for worst gym experience ever!

no one gets back to my voicemails
i have been trying to go in to cancel the membership and there is never anyone there to help

i have been trying to text someone from there for the last 5 months and theywont respond
dont use this gym unless you want to be frustrated and extremely disappointed

This place is ripping people off and don't care about the customers they screwed during covid
