Since I started going to the Gym Stephen and Rebekah have always been kind, professional, and caring about my well-being. They've helped me with solutions for my needs. Sergio has also been really supportive with my fitness and diet, helping me reach my goals. I'm really happy to have them on my fitness journey.
I signed up in July of 2022 for 6 weeks with a trainer just to help get myself back on track, and by week three I committed to an entire year contract of personal training because in that short span of time, Stephen had already proven his value as a trainer. We have worked a full year together now and I have seen tremendous improvements in myself, both physically and in my habits; I attribute much of my success to Stephen and his coaching/accountability. He is really good at giving suggestions for better posture/positioning during exercises for max results, and he is great at personalizing the workouts to suit specific goals. He taught me a lot about nutrition, tracking macros, and gave me the tools I needed to do that, and keep accountable. I really appreciate the work and effort he has put in with me and our time together. Highly recommend him as a trainer- he is knowledgeable, personable and makes the trainings fun.
I’ve been going here almost two years now and they’ve improved a lot. It’s not quite 5 stars because it takes them a HOT minute (couple weeks) to clean the bathroom.
Rebekah was very helpful and understanding about canceling my membership since I moved. Great customer experience. I would definitely go back or refer family.
