They are really sketchy in this store. They girl there is rude and real jumpy. I did not feel comfortable, as she seemed to be prejudging me. She is so skiddish and weird. She should not be armed, I will never go there again. Discount gun mart is way better.

VERY dissappointed! I was referred to AO Sword Firearms for engraving on a scope that we were giving as a gift for an employee for their 20 years of service with the company. After 4 weeks of waiting patiently (impatiently after 3 week of no response), we were finally told they didnt have time and to come get our scope and take it else where. They were very rude and seemed not to care about the inconvenience they caused. Contacted Pro Engraving, dropped it off at 1pm and will have it ready at 4pm. I will never do business or refer business with them again.

I read some of the reviews and I was SHOCKED they even got 5 stars. They had to come from family and friends. It was my first time in a gun store not knowing the laws or anything. I was hoping someone would educate me but no.after asking some questions I can tell they were getting irritated then I was ask to take my business some were else. Who dose that these days. I was referred by 3 stores to vist them I will now go back and tell them not to refer customers to that store.
