Can I just say that Rochelle Hundal was exceptional! Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have had. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through everything. I called back to ask a few more questions, and although she was not available when I called back, I left a voicemail and she got right back to me. In this day and age it’s hard to come by good customer service like that, Rochelle is A 1!

I have been a member of the Apartment Owners Association for a very long time and I took over membership from my parents. If you're a housing provider, membership in this organization is a must. They provide the most current, and through explanation of new or amended, state and local legislation that we need to know. Today I called and spoke with Rochelle Hundal. She gave me sound advise and a list of providers in case I need additional help. They provide tenant screening and rental forms. If there's ever an issue I'm concerned about, I call them and they provide me with accurate advise to avoid problems. I wouldn't have been a member for this long if this wasn't a wonderful organization.

Apartment Owner's Association California is the go-to place for landlords in CA, especially for those mom-and-pop types like us who just own a duplex and who rarely have enough resources to keep up with the ever changing and ultra complex Los Angeles government regulations. For a small annual membership fee, you get a lot of free services from them. Their current president Jeff Faller is such a nice person. I highly recommend this organization!

AOA ‘s Rochelle Hundal has really been very cordial and helpful to me. She is an asset to your company and every time I speak with her I leave with a better understanding of whatever problem I had. She is always professional and kind while assisting me. She’s definitely is an asset to your company and I always like when I get her on the phone when I need assistance.

I've been a member of AOA for decades and they have always provided first class support and education for my rental business. If you are a housing provider and you are not a member of AOA, then you are essentially playing Russian Roulette with your livelihood. Currently we live in a very dangerous and risky environment for housing providers and AOA's mission is to help housing providers navigate these dangerous times. Their fees are insignificant relative to the risk you would be taking otherwise, and are real bargain in return for the peace of mind you can get from learning and taking advantage of the knowledge provided by the AOA.
