Best place in town to get your car tinted. The tinting was done in a timely manner. We always take our vehicles to them. We are always extremely happy with quality of work they do.

Great service from Apex, my older truck had some problematic areas around the windshield that scared the local corporate glass company who didn’t even look into the repair. The Apex tech spent a few minutes and said no problem! Fixed the next day!

When a rock cracked my windshield, I had no idea where to start… but when I called Apex, she wax so helpful and walked me through everything!

Walked into the office and was immediately greeted. Warm smiles and Pretty faces soon as walked in for a quote. The staff is very helpful and the office is clean and pleasant. They have a great waiting room with a keurig and sweets. It was December and the office was decorated in holiday decor which was a nice touch. Great job guys. Looking forward to never again needing glass repair. But happy to know you guys are here if I need. A definite recommendation to anyone in need.

Nothing but positive things to say about the experience I had with Apex from start to finish. Amber was great to work with and she listened to what I was looking for as far as the tinting on my car. On the day of the appointment, greeted with smiles as I walked in and the tech who worked on my car explained some additional options I wasn’t aware of. Got a chip in my windshield driving on the freeway, contacted Apex and they arrived at my home within a few hours and had the chip repaired. Awesome customer service, I would highly recommend them for any auto glass needs!

I was 700+ miles away from home when we got a cracked windshield. Big Crack.
The response time from USAA and APEX was good. The professionalism, also good.

I wish I could give them 5 stars but there were some problems after the completion. The problems that the EyeSight on my 2020 Subaru was not working as it should:

1) Lane departure was not working.
2) Pre-collision braking was not working.
3) Adaptative cruise control was not working.
3) Driver recognition was not working.
4) Some other stuff.

I had to configure each one individually, as it appeared. It was stressful, waiting for each one to pop up and have to figure out how to reconfigure the settings. Driver distractions anybody?

I am not sure why this happened, but I hope they get a handle on it for other customers with EyeSight, and more.

Hang in there guys. New technology requires more education.

Oh, PS, I made it home safe and sound, and am still waiting on the paperwork.

Our window broke on our motor home and finding a solution for our specific issue was difficult. We received amazing customer service from Ralph and the crew, compared to other auto repair shops including the dealership we just purchased the motor home from. They were ready for us when we pulled in, came up with a solution, personally dropped us off at a coffee shop, and had the window fixed within the hour. Highly recommend.

Great tint professionals and super friendly staff. I’ve had full truck tints and its always done right. Tint quality is exceptional. You wont be. Disappointed!

First I want to say they were all very nice and tried to accommodate me with my windshield replacement and tinting. Staff was all very attentive. With that being said, when my windshield was replaced, they forgot to tighten down the windshield wipers and that was a nightmare when i started my car after they were gone. However the owner did come the next day and fix my problem or so I thought. The wipers at this point are fine, but during replacement my windshield wiper hose for fluid was split. I traveled from CA to KY the weekend after they installed my windshield. I thought maybe the line for fluid was just clogged. But I knew it was fine before installation. When I got to KY and had it looked at, the line was split, and it was evident it was easily done during the installation. These are minor complaints with big issues for me. Traveling cross country without proper fluid to my windshield was def not ideal. Hopefully they will read and learn from this for the new guys. Also, the tint for the front windshield, I guess it’s there. I paid $200 for it, but I sure can’t tell. Still feels very warm from the sun.

Best tint shop in town. From the customer service, to the quality of work, to the waiting room for customers. Top notch professionalism and fair prices. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for window tint or auto glass needs.
