Do not do business with this company, they have shady service and will make you do things like insist you return the part to them you are having an issue and no longer need then NOT refund your money. THEN tell you the only way they will ship the part back to you is if you pay for the shipping. I just want a refund and they refuse to give my money back when they have the part, confirmed it works fine, but will not refund. Did business with them on ebay and Kyle G is not trustworthy, they do not stand behind their products at all. Avoid them!
2/24/22 Follow up to this post - I am being threatened with Libel for sharing my experience here and giving them a poor review, even though they have earned it. Kyle G sent me a note today saying if I do not stop asking for them to refund my money they will take legal action for "harassment". They still will not refund my money, still have the part and will only send it to me if I pay for the shipping. I do not need the part anymore. I just want a refund. Please note, all of this took place within the posted timeframe for me to initiate a return on ebay, where I bought the part. I will most certainly never do business with them again. Beware.

As a member of the men’s club at Glen Ivy Golf Club in Corona, Apex came highly recommended by other members who recently purchased lithium batteries from them. Three club members and I had Apex install new Evolution lithium batteries in our carts this past week at a very competitive price. As arranged and promised by Tiffany in customer service, the four carts were picked up on Tuesday and returned Friday of the same week. Although another member of our group was the point person with Tiffany, he noted that her customer service was exceptional. John, who picked up and delivered our carts was very helpful and professional in explaining on how to charge our new batteries.

Recently had my EZGo golf cart converted to lithium battery. The whole process and experience was amazing! Evolution battery was very competitively priced and works great. Played my local course (Glen Ivy) yesterday (very hilly) and still had 80% charge when I pulled into my garage. Service was superb, start to finish. Tiffany was fantastic throughout. John covered every detail at delivery and my cart looks and runs better than the day I bought it. Highly recommend Apex to anyone looking for battery conversion or anything else golf cart related.

I recently I had the pleasure of meeting the staff owner and even the mechanics at Apex golf carts, Tiffany the receptionist/sales manager was very helpful and a pleasure to work with, Ryan helped along With parts and loading batteries into my truck, Luis seem to know about where anything & everything was and listened very well about any question I had regarding golf carts maintenance and repair, finally I meet the man behind this awesome facility and excellent staff members Kyle, although he may seem a little exhausted he never stops to listen helps and understand so much about the technology and the future of EV he is on the front line in the push to power EV further, faster, and more powerful then you can imagine, if your lucky and have the pleasure of meeting with him you might just get a look into the future of electric vehicles. This is a 5 star review for Tiffany Ursulo who works for Kyle. I had a very difficult problem to solveon my golf cart that Kyle had rebuilt and sold to me 5/15/2018, and she was able to handle it with professional and care every step of the way.
