Excellent installation. Above and beyond work ethic and customer service! Since the beginning, the entire team at Apex has been reliable, professional, and trustworthy. We had additional work done after the installation and they were understanding and prompt with the service follow up. Colton, Josh, and Josh did a great job with the installation. The place was left clean. They never slacked off, they had a positive attitude the entire time, and they cared about the work they produced. Don’t hesitate and just go with these guys. Johnny Knight is awesome! He performed a furnace tune-up for our home and was knowledgeable and honest, patiently taking the time to explain how our system was doing and answer all of our questions. He's also very considerate of the fact that he's stepping into your home, paying attention to details such as wearing shoe covers and laying a cover down when setting up a ladder over a carpeted area. I'd highly recommend Johnny and am looking forward to seeing him at our next tune-up.

Apex gave a very professional investigation and carefully checked every issue of our A/C. They offered a good price. Their specialists helped us replaced a new A/C very effectively and considered. Their service is very impressive, the specialists are very nice and hard working. They not only replaced the A/C, but also clean up everything and replaced a new attic entrance frame.

Simply amazing, they are knowledge, honest, prompt, and friendly. So lucky to have them in the community. Jake came out today and resolved our problem in less than 30 mins. Highly recommend.

Johnny and team did the work on time and earlier than expected. The installers cleaned everything after the installation and even repaired a broken platform next to the heather.

The installation went very well. The installers were like a well honed machine. They worked as a team. They were very respectful of our house and property. Extremely neat and clean. Made an appointment with Apex for a furnace tune-up & A/C check and were very satisifed with their service. Johnny was our tech, and although I ended up telling him when he first arrived that we'd just prefer to do the furnace tune-up instead, he still checked out our A/C free of charge! I hate to say it but I find that most home service companies nowadays will look for any opportunity to fleece their customers, but not so with these guys. We actually used them back in March 2022 for an A/C check, and that's how I knew to call them again this year. Our A/C unit is on its last legs due to age, so Apex will be who we use when the day comes to have it replaced. Highly recommended!

Technician courteous and thorough in trouble shooting strange odor coming from heater and duct system they had installed over a year ago. Only problem is that 4 text messages and 2 emails emanated from this visit. Only 1 text message or 1 email would have sufficed. However, you are not the only service over-technologizes!

We had a very favorable experience with Apex. We dealt with the owner, John Mullins. He was very professional and efficient. The heater went out in a home we rent to a family. The tenants and their two toddlers were very cold. I first spoke to John early on a Saturday morning. By 1: 00 pm, the same day, the new heating system was installed. Our regular HVAC company told us it would take several days to install a new system. Apex saved our tenants and their children from several more days and nights of discomfort. We highly recommend Apex.

We are truly grateful to them because we called for service on a Friday afternoon but they had no availability before the weekend, however, when they learnt that there is a patient suffering from the heat, they were kind enough to add us to their full schedule and Johnny was professional in fixing the problem in no time.

A special thanks to Johnny Mullins, the Owner of APEX, for repairing my AC. It has been super Hot in the OC the past few weeks and my AC went out, which made for Hot days and Miserable sleeping conditions at night. I called my original AC company that installed my unit a few years back, but they were unavailable for several weeks to come and repair unit. I reached out to Johnny at APEX and he immediately came out to diagnosed my System and then made a few repairs and the the unit was up and running within minutes. Total service time was about 20 minutes max. If you are looking for a good Heating and Air Conditioning Services, call APEX, they will take good care of all your needs. Great company and I will use APEX going forward for all my HVAC needs.

Alex showed up on time and was completely professional in explaining what he was doing. Checked out the system, cleaned the condenser, checked the attic, changed the batteries in the thermostat, changed the filter, etc. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.will certainly use Apex Air again.
