Terrible service. Originally called to request a quote on pallets of varied sizes. Alex enthusiastically offered to make customize pallets, said it would take two days to generate a quote. It’s been more than two weeks and all I’ve got are lame excuses. The last time I followed up on the quote he said his system was rebooting and would send it over immediately afterwards. Promise was void. Go elsewhere if you have your own customers waiting or if you care for any sort of efficiency.

This place was affordable and very easy to place and receive my order. Alex was very helpful through the process, thank you so much will definitely be coming back to you guys for my business!
