We’ve had a number of care partners who have been a good fit for our needs. When we have had concerns, ApexCare addressed them. We have had good communication with the staff. If you decide to use this care agency please invest in an in-home camera. Of 4 caregiver in my home, only one was a good caregiver. One caregiver created a major plumbing problem in my home, and let my husband fall on the floor
Another left a Bic lighter on his bed. A complaint was made against me, likely to deflect attention. How iwished I had had a camera in my home recording everything. Prote t your family get an in-ho.e camera.
