My experience with API Property Management as a tenant has been only positive. From the lease approval process to any repairs needed they have been promptly responsive. Everything was very smooth. They came for an annual inspection and most attentive to the smallest details. This is a solid property management company.

So sad to read some of the positive reviews about this company. Well, we don’t have the same experience so I respect your opinion guys. But in my case, I am so pleased to know this company. I was looking for an apartment that was accessible to me and near to my work. When I came here, they give me the list and entertain me pleasantly and ask the things that I like. It was so great because I found out an apartment that was fitted on my standard. Not so big but not too small for a single occupant just like me. They give a very reasonable price and when there was a problem with my apartment, I contacted them and they immediately fixed the problem without charging me anything. Truly great and the best. Thumb-up for that!

My experience in API Property Management was excellent! This company had really a knowledgeable and helpful staff who was able to find me a condo that was near my work at a very reasonable price. She was able to give me an option in everything that I need and give me the decision. At last, we found a condo that was really fitted on my standard at a reasonable price. Thankfully I found them because they were truly expert, helpful and nice people to negotiate with.

I was a tenant for four and a half years and have never dealt with a management company so responsive and attentive as API Property Management. We recently moved to a larger apartment in an outer borough to accommodate our growing family but would have happily stayed if the circumstances were different. They are an honest, thoughtful company and are very concerned about maintaining a good quality of life for their tenants.

This has to be the worse experience these guys are just a collecting agency. I have emailed the property manager Mel and called the office several times left several messages to resolve a issue. Not one returned email or phone call. My House is on the line over a lack of communication. YALL SUCK and are INHUMANE! How can you have a update acct showing I don't have a outstanding balance and not report it to your own lawyer. My house has been unoccupied since last august no phone call nothing. I have reached out. I did my part but you sit back and let me go through this. Its Ok though I will come out clean but y'all are very unprofessional for this

Finally, a property management company with great customer service! My fridge stopped working one day and my property manager got a technician to fix it that same afternoon. I can pay my rent online each month without having to waste a stamp.
