The shoes are poorly constructed. Fell apart after two weeks of wear while sitting at a desk and walking to lunch.

The shoes are really comfortable and the building is really big and nice. The decor is really awkward and the shoes are very overpriced. Overall it isn't a place for tourists.

This Rating is for the store in the Beverly grove. I am a huge fan of the shoes this rating has nothing to do with the quality of the footwear. It has everything to do with the inattentive, uninterested, unhelpful and unbothered staff that I encountered yesterday in the Grove. Also the lack of selection on colorways was astounding compared to the variety and variety of the DTC approach. Hopefully they will learn how to execute OMNI channel and what real retail sales experts are like before they open in NYC!

The shoes were great and worth the price when they were manufactured in the USA, but now that they’ve moved their manufacturing to China I can’t justify the price or the carbon footprint.

I have never been to a tennis store as beautiful as this one. I was fascinated.
I went looking for the new limited edition tennis Mc Laren. The proposal is different and highly comfortable despite the height of the sole.
The sellers are very attentive, but as I said, the store impressed me more than tennis.

This store is at Grove, and for me, going there is always fun.

One of the best looking shoe stores ive seen. Minimalist design and premium finishes all around. Their customer service is great when I made my purchase.

I specifically called looking for a particular color that was completely sold out online. The 2 gentleman that assisted me were extremely helpful and friendly. They tell you what they are doing thus making you feel as if you were there and not another person on hold. Thank you

First time purchase with APL.my sneakers were delivered to another store, but the store manager handle the situation in timely manner. She was super duper and went beyond. Definitely not the last time. I've bought the ASCEND model in black and they were bomb!

Love these shoes got them last year for Christmas these are literally the only sneakers I throw on when I'm doing errands or working out! So comfortable definitely will be purchasing more. A+

This store sells really cool and comfortable shoes. Apparently many of their colors are limited so once they are gone, they are gone. I love the way they display their collection of shoes.

Great design for this athletic shoe store. The store has two long walls with cubicles for shoe display. Shoes are mostly similar and all for running. A bit boring but nice.

Few places have such an enjoyable experience for customers. It doesn't feel that is a store but a gallery.

Worst customer service by the manager. They wouldn’t exchange my shoes after they hurt my feet. For the price - worst customer service. Don’t waste your money
