My daughter booked a trip to Maui and was very happy with Shanon. When the fire broke out in Lahaina she contacted my daughter to see if there was anything they needed. Things were crazy, but she made sure transportation picked them up and they got out on their flight. They had a great trip and with her help they made it back without an issue.

After hearing about Shanon from my daughter I called her to talk about several trips we were looking at. She was very informative, provided good guidance and was super nice. I booked a Viking river cruise in Europe, a family trip to Playa de Carmen and a trip to the Riviera Maya for my wife and I.

She made a great recommendation for a all inclusive family resort in Playa and modified our reservation several times until we got it set. She introduced me to a new resort on the Riviera Maya we are excited to visit. And she booked me a Viking river cruise trip in Europe that is a surprise gift for my wife. Wow, just wow! Our 10th wedding anniversary trip to Bora Bora was an absolute dream come true, and we couldn't have done it without Shanon. From start to finish, she exceeded all our expectations and made this trip an unforgettable experience.

Shanon was an absolute delight to work with, thorough, easy going, and knowledgeable. We were booking 2 large cities/countries in Europe and she took exactly what we wanted and added suggestions, put it all together and made it absolutely stupid proof to get around for the 2 weeks we were gone. Even during the trip when changes were made she kept in contact with us making sure everything was running smoothly.
