18 Caveat emptor. I went to store today to get refund or new
Phone because my text service does not work. Especially
On group texts. The text tries to send but stops with
Red circle and i in the middle. Stating not delivered.
I explained to the first rep and saw him speaking to
JUSTIN the store manager. The rep said no. So I asked
To speak to manager. He slithered into the back room.
Asked rep again I wanted to speak with the manager personally
The manager kept avoiding me. Then I saw him and approached
Him personally and asked why does my 800.00 iPhone
14 not reply to texts. He denied knowing me and said I was
DISRESPECTFUL for asking him. DISRESPECTFUL.
Then when I said I had appointment with genius to fix
Phone a third time since October 28,2022. He said
I had to leave the store. No one was going to help
Fix my phone here. What a class act. Guess you need
To make those Christmas sales forecasts. Off to FCC and
FTC. This is a problem folks.
Worst Customer service, definitely do not go here.
Came here because I was having issues with my iPhone Pro 14 (I know right?) I have apple care+ with accidental.
On my first visit, it was decent, had to reset my phone for diagnostic purposes. Was promised that if the problem persist, they will replace the phone, since it is so new. Second visit, I had a weird vibe in the store, but I thought nothing of it. The Genius bar support came out and was very blunt. Told me that I cannot get a replacement, until I give them my phone and get a loaner. The moment I mention that during the last visit, I was promised a replacement, he immediate got disrespectful. Once I noticed his demeaner changed, I knew I had to leave. Other apple stores has much better customer service and knowledge staff.
Side note: During my time there, waiting for support. Instead of looking at product, I was people watching. You can immediately tell the difference in customer service when it comes to skin color. That is all.
One of the best outdoor malls in Orange County. Clean, spacious plenty of shops and restaurants for all needs. Plenty of chairs and tables to sit relax and enjoy the day.
I have been a Apple customer for 15 years with 8 i phones and 3 macs. I Purchased this year for $ 3,000: 2 i phones, 1 air pods and 6 cables and 6 x 20 W charger.
I realized during all my purchases the service dropped significant in this store. I wanted to exchange one USB to lightning cable. Apple did not do it. Poorest customer service arrogance and entitlement there from untrained inexperienced people. I talked to the manager, he might not have been even 20 years old.
My Wal Mart purchase experians are significant better than Apple experience.
Thank you apple store you save me a lot of money. From now on I am buying hp, Lenovo, Samsung and other products and i might not be talked down as customer and treated like a minor.
This after 15 year spending $ 10,000s for apple products.
MINUS 10 stars would be the correct rating for them.

Tim Cook made it Chinese manufactured from Foxconn a huge manufacturer, Taiwanese owned with poor skills how they treat suppliers and employees.

Jeremiah was extremely helpful at this store. Took care of all my Apple problems And even gave me information about temperature and altitude my Mac book pro would work in since I’m going to the mountains of India. Lots of people working here and products to look at. I would recommend making an appointment at the Genius Bar. You will have to go through talking to someone On your phone about your problem and if they can’t solve it they will give you a time to go to the Genius bar.
I don’t know why this place has such a low rating. I was apprehensive of coming here because of the bad reviews but I am glad I came. I was having an issue with my phone so I had to get it checked out. I saw 3 different people for diff reasons today regarding my phone. They were all very nice and informative. They weren’t able to fix my phone because there is not a fix for my phone; unfortunately, but they gave me 3 options for my situation.
Make sure to make an appt if you want to use the Genius Bar. No mask was required to enter. Just check in with someone and they will direct you where to go. We didn’t have to wait for very long. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. Take a risk and go!
There was an employee had an open discussion with another employee about ME being the customer that didn’t want to make appointment because I could wait and didn’t really decide to buy a phone yet in front of me… haha I thought Apple store only hires well educated people but this changed my thought!
Wife and I were exploring the mall and stumbled upon this spacious Apple shop. My wife needed a new phone. Plenty of spots to check out the iPhone 13 line. Salespeople were very helpful and methodical when setting up her new phone. Her new phone was set up quickly with no glitches. No pressure to purchase add-ons.
Okay. I'm not going to use any names here.but some people shouldn't be working with the public. They're just not a "people person"! If you know what I mean. And all the training in the world isn't going to change their personality. It just is what it is.
I almost walked out. But thank God I asked for a manager. He was totally cool and I got my daughter her graduation gift.
But seriously, Apple Fashion Island Management Staff.review your employees and reevaluate their roles at your store. You might be losing clients!

2 times visited for changing iphone battery but, They never had it to change it at the same day. Both times they said have to order it and not sure can bring me back my phone today!: (South Korea Samsung has better and faster services than Apple!
Wanted to buy more than one product with my family, I started by asking for latest and best iPhone, the sales person Anthony asked me to be more specific, told him what do you have, he showed me regular I phone 13 and I thought that was it. I wanted to buy it before moving to other items on the list, he started telling me that he can’t go back and forth if we just tell him what we need. Really? He should really make an effort since we are buying three watches and one iPhone (and we did) not because he’s a good salesman but because we wanted to buy them. Then an hour later we went to South Coast Plaza where we thought we wanted another IPhone and the sales there Trent showed us the max pro telling us the difference between iPhones (that’s a good salesman). Oh so there’s a better I phone than the one I bought. We ended up returning the one we bought from Anthony and getting another one from Trent. Also so many products and items are not available in both stores (IPads, bands for watches …)
The worst Customer Service they’re all just hanging around doing nothing while customers need help they act like complete robots. None have a mind of their own or any customer service skills.if I could give zero stars no correction -5 stars I would.they act like they’re the only game in town they don’t even post their prices on any of their products ridiculous. Micro Center is a little bit of a drive far superior.if they would just stop looking at their iPads and their iPhones and look up to a real human being standing right in front of them they might improve go ahead management have a meeting that’s what I would do in my business.
Anthony is fabulous! Great customer service. Very knowledgeable & patient with us as we processed our trade-ins. Made the experience worth it & enjoyable.
Have never seen an apple employee with an attitude until i walked into apple at fashion island today. Young hispanic woman employee gave me all sorts of attitude while I was trying to purchase a macbook. Not sure how she got hired.

Good service. Went to pick up order was in and out compared to south coast plaza way better service and friendlier staff.
I went in to swap and antiglare screen protector for a glass screen protector, I never go without a screen protector on my phone. It was close to the end of the day so they replaced it, and scratched my screen, at first I thought it was the screen protector, so I went back to see if they would replace it, they said they would but when they took the screen protector off that's when I noticed that they had scratched my screen, and now because my phone is out of warranty, they did not help me whatsoever and now to replace my screen is going to cost $239. Really frustrating, I've been coming here for years. No more.
