Farm Apple Hill reviews
13We go often but I don't get burned out on Apple Hill. Don't skip on boa vista market up there either, we get such good salsas and jams (and much more) up there.
Fun place to visit on a weekday. During peak season weekends are to be avoided if at all possible. Tons of places for a picnic. Add some wine, beer, fresh pie or any of the millions of spreads, jelly, sauces available at most of the farms.
I went up to Apple Hill to get some BBQ sauce. I usually love to go, but there were so many people there on Oct. 14th, that I didn't stick around for long. I'll try next weekend and get there earlier.
I was really disappointed with Apple Hill this year. They don't have nearly the amount of craft vendors. The lines of cars along Carson Rd is crazy. My favorite place Bavarian Hills closed. It seems there are more and more wineries and less apple orchards. Don't get me wrong, I love a good winery but this is supposed to be Apple Hill.
A wonderful, happy place to visit with a great variety of items to purchase and take home and enjoy! We will be back!
One of our Favorite Places. Last time my brother, sister, his fiance and I all got together to have a day of the good life.
Miss you Brother. Thanks again for introducing us to this beautiful Place.
Fresh produce, delicious fudge, friendly faces, beautiful trails and so much more. This was a good first trip.
Good fun, food, and drinks. Usually pretty busy, but the weekend is god-awful with traffic.
I've been to Apple Hill numerous times, it's always fun. They have so many delicious treats, fun activities, and great ciders. Their produce is beyond amazing. Apple Ridge has a mining activity I totally recommend! It was such a cool experience! I came home with all kinds of fossils, teeth, and gemstones! Overall a great experience, especially for the fall! Very family friendly.
So many great spots up here. The big famous ones are good (Boa Vista, High Hill), but try some of the more off-the-beaten-path spots too! We got Hidden Star and El Dorado Orchards for the first time, and both were great!
Had an amazing time with my mom visiting different farms and having some Hot Apple Cider and Apple Cider Doughnuts. Nice little get away spot to relax and have some family time
I love going to Apple Hill. I look forward to going every year
So many people patience and kindness is a must. So many families having a good day
The apple donuts and bakery items were delicious! I enjoyed my time at Apple Hill! Make sure to get there early. Gets more busier after 10 am.
