Apple Hill Ranch reviews
8Such a fun time picking and pressing fresh apples. They were so good! The owner is so friendly and caring.
What a lovely place. The best tasting peaches, apples, nectarines, apple pears, plums and more. Beautiful scenery. Orchard and a park in one. Live peacocks roaming around. Best place to rest, relax and get some tasty fruits.
One of the best kept secrets of Bishop! Tasty fruit and just a wonderful place to relax and bring the family.
Absolute gem! Literally the most picturesque and beautiful place to get the juiciest fruits and fresh veggies. Figs, cherries, nectarines, plums, zucchini, onions, garlic. And crunchy apples! We picked so many delicious things. Highly recommend and the sweet woman who works there is equally part of the beauty.
Lived here for over 28 years and I’d never been till yesterday. What an incredibly beautiful place! So much to see and do. Lots of animals running around too. Lovely Gazebo area by Lily pond and stream. I could sit there all day! Plenty of food to pick. We chose peaches. There were so many trees full of ripe fruit. In two weeks the tomatoes will be ready. Plum and apricot trees were heavy laden as well. Onions, cherries, squash, eggs and so much more was available. Only certified organic farm in Inyo and Mono counties! Interesting history as well. I’ll definitely be back soon. Open 9-4: 30 Tuesday-Sunday. Bring water and wear closed toe shoes if you’re going to walk into the orchard’s. Excellent picnic spot. Free to enter.
Once you pick and eat fruit here you will compare everything else to it. Absolutely the best!
Absolutely a must stop if your driving the 395 and stop off in Bishop. Cute family owned u pick. Entrance to the location is not the most straight forward. It takes you through a winding path that looks wrong but trust in your Google navigation. Got us there and it's worth it. Beautiful location with 1700+ trees. We were greeted with happy faces and told to pick the fruit off each tree because the fruit taste different off of each. You have to kinda know fruits and vegetables in there growth stages in order to take advantage of all the garden. But if you are like me. Just ask questions. They also have a larder where they keep chilled fruits and veggies they've already harvested. They are more than happy to help. Enjoy everyone!
