Apple Irvine Spectrum Center reviews
14I bought my first Apple Watch at this store a days after Christmas, the buying experience is amazing! The team is incredible, it’s so personalized and knowledgeable, I had Wennie helping me, nothing like this store in the OC.
For the simplest battery replacement work, Genius Bar mess up everything. And erased my iphone.
I have bought an iphone today. I went there around 8: 30 pm and left at 9: 40 pm. My experience was great. I really treated nicely and kind by young, proactive, clever salesperson Gabriel! Thank you so much.
I tried to speak with the supervisor John he didn’t show up till the end when he showed up he wasn’t respectful and don’t trying to help he was like ‘ let me see where you want to reach ‘
I went to the store couple days ago to get an Apple Watch for my wife as a surprise gift, it was 8: 30 and they close at 9pm. I asked the lady wondering at the watch section to buy an Apple Watch, she said that I need a SELLING APPOINTMENT to buy an Apple Watch, and they don’t have any appointments available. I told her I know what I’m getting and it takes only couple minutes to do a transaction, she refused to sell me the watch. Last time I heard you need a selling appointment for buy something was Cartier. Apple, why do you do that?
I have been an Apple customer for past 12 years. This store has been the worst customer experience. Absolutely no humility or customer appreciation, rather rude behavior. They need to know they exist because of loyal customers like us. I can always buy an iPhone from another Apple Store or retail outlet but they’ve lost a customer.
Best place to go for your cell phone needs, just like all their stores, friendly people and knowledgeable, helpful to all customers.
Nice place to move around in Irvine Spectrum Centre. Lots of Shops and Outlets including Apple.
So although I was not acknowledged when I walked in, and there was no exact line to check-in…I will not focus on the negatives. I went in yesterday and when I was helped, Yuli (sorry I hope it correct) and her manager (sorry didn’t catch his name. He wears glasses though.) were so engaging, funny, and wonderful.
I had an issue and it took more than an hour but because they were friendly, funny, and so kind, I didn’t even notice until I actually left the store. Thank you so much to both of them for making this experience so much better than it had to be. ️
Genius bar have no Genius, poor service at Genius bar. But good customer service with people who stand in front
Usually the most helpful place, I just got the "presumptive sales, " vibe.along with the just "out of warranty bad news on my iPad which is more than half of a new one.
I ordered an iPhone case online for curbside pickup at this Apple Store. The entire experience, online and curbside, was easy and seamless. Once I arrived and checked in on my phone, the phone case was brought to my car quickly and in a nice little bag. I recommend this Apple Store to anyone looking to purchase an Apple product curbside. The Irvine Spectrum Center has put in place a convenient curbside pickup system.
Worst experience ever. I gave them a functional iPhone and they gave me back a brick cause they were not able to upgrade or restore the mobile. The manager that works Mondays at 6pm was also very unhelpful. It makes the whole company look very bad and more difficult to buy their products in the future.
Had an appointment with “Genius Bar” technician Edward, 9/30/22, he messed up all my devices. Unprofessional and careless.
Still trying to fix everything after his “help”.
When I went there next day and talk to a guy who said he is “store manager” (I don’t think so), he said something “sorry, it happened sometimes”, please contact apple support online, because we can’t solve your problem.
I am loyal Apple customer for many years, but Irvine Spectrum Apple Store Technical support is unprofessional and not friendly.
