Horrible, if you don’t get a hold of an actual person you’ll never get help. I’ve left several messages and never got 1 call back from anyone. I had Dr Seto for years and I spent more time talking to his back than anything. He’s always in a rush with 1 foot out of the door.

These people do NOT care about patients. Every single time I call I get a voicemail or the run around! The girl that does answer once in a while is also so rude and acts as if everything is inconvenient for her. Why work if you don’t want to. No one is forcing you to work here you CHOSE to work here.

One of the worst clinics I've been to, referrals are released after several days or weeks, hardly answer calls, and they never call to give results or a follow up. Avoid this place at all costs if you actually need medical help!

Dr Nichols has always been very professional and has always listened to all of my medical problems. She orders all the labs that I need right away. I have been with her for 4yrs. No other doctors have helped me the way she does. Thank you Dr NICHOL. You are the best.and staff very helpful.professional

Thank you Apple Medical team! I have been seen by Dr. Kingsley, and he is great. Very patient and knowledgeable. Always takes the time to explain and make sure I feel comfortable.
This last week I was calling in with concerns of Covid-19 and needing help and guidance on what to do. The wonderful team and front desk and nurses all gave me great advice. One gentleman was compassionate and recommended that I retest for Covid because it might have been too early to get accurate results. He was right!
Another lovely young woman asked multiple questions to her Dr.and team and then followed up to let me know her findings.
It truly was perfect timing for all of them to be called to this field. It’s scary and not for everyone. I appreciate your kindness and compassion.

I called many times left a message stating i need help they never get back to you even if its an Emergency! This establishment is not good!

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. I got in a car accident March 11 (today is June 12) and have been trying to get seen or at least a referral to get an MRI and have been unsuccessful. They do not help you and can care less if you die or are in extreme pain!

I would never recommend anyone going here ever!

The doctor here are good but. The referral coordinator always mess up the referral which means you wait even longer for your referral and when you try and call the front desk for help some of the woman that work there are rude and will hang up that happened to me today and her name is Alexis she has horrible patient and isn’t helpful at all wouldn’t not recommend this place for this reason

Nicole oneil is a nurse practitioner that I was fortunate enough to find one year ago at their local urgent care. She works at Apple medical center, a family practice in menifee. She had cared for me and my family numerous times at the urgent care, always greeting us with a smile, gentle with my children, and practiced very thoroughly with such a caring heart. Me and my entire family then switched our primary care doctor to see her at Apple Medical Center. I had chronic hip pain for seven years, but thanks to Dr. Nicole, she got me to the right specialist and I finally was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. Every other doctor prior to her just treated me for pain, but never gave me an answer. Not only did my entire family switch over to Apple Medical Center so we can see Nicole O'Neil, but we all have referred so many close family and friends to her, because we trust her and know we are in the best care possible. Her bedside manner is impeccable, always looks at you in the eye when she speaks to you, listens to your concerns, she makes you feel at home, and safe in her care. Me and my family are very blessed to have come across her one year ago at the urgent care. Highly recommend if you are in the Menifee area
